Matt is very responsive, he has always shown up dressed in a professional clean manner, he is very friendly and is punctual. He has never tried to oversell me on services I don’t need. He is honest in his bid and his prices are reasonable. He has spot treated stains that have not come back. He is one of the few business owners I’ve worked with that has integrity throughout his interactions. Matt has earned my business for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning for life.

Description of Work: Matt cleaned our carpet in living room, hallway, dining room and stairs on April 8. We had him return April 12 to restretch our dining room - he stretched, trimmed & finished on new tack strips.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning work (livingroom, diningroom, hallway and stairway) was excellent (better than we ever dreamed); carpet even feels softer and thicker than areas we didn't yet have cleaned. Matt was flexible as to schedule, prompt, pleasant and knowledgable and just generally a pleasure to have. We have him scheduled for further work in a few days. Definitely recommended.

+ -1 moreThey are punctual. They used a different system that really did a great job. Unless the overall experience was excellent, I wouldn't have bothered using them. I thought the pricing was competitive. I use them again.
