Jeremy came and replaced the motor in a motorized blind which had been problematic for a long time. He is highly skilled in blind technology and is entirely personable- watching him work is a pleasure and his skill makes the work go very quickly. His punctuality, and in fact early arrival, were entirely welcome! I would call on the services of Aspen Blind Repair for any issue whatsoever with blinds.

Jeremy arrived when agreed, in fact a bit early, quickly diagnosed and repaired the issues with my (not working) motorized blind, then easily repaired the broken blind of my neighbor in the adjoining unit. He was pleasant, professional, and clearly competent; and much more quickly than I expected, and very reasonably, took care of our blind problems. I would call this firm at any time for any sort of work on blinds!

We have six Prestige blinds that operate on a remote. Three of them need repair work. We called Aspen Blind Repair based on Angie's List reviews. My concerns with the service provided are numerous. First, the provider forgot to call us back when we left a message for an appointment. When I called again, she apologized and scheduled an appointment. At our first appointment, the technician, who was a very nice person, had no idea how to repair our blinds. He speculated that they needed parts and that one required a motor to function, and said he would come back. He left without charging anything for his time. When he left the house, all of the blinds were in a down position, and when I used the remote to raise them the next morning, two additional blinds were inoperable and required repair. I called again to report the issues, and another appointment was scheduled. This time, the same technician returned with some of the required parts, but had forgotten the motor. He worked on the blinds for another two hours without making any progress, with the exception of repairing a broken cord in one of the non-performing blinds. Again, he was a very nice person but had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He apologized and was very sincere, but as a service provider, he did a terrible job, and actually left me with more issues than existed before his repair call. He said that he would refer someone to me within two weeks who could repair my blinds and failed to do so. I absolutely would not use this provider again.

This was a great experience. Crew showed up when scheduled, removed blinds quickly and then cleaned and returned when promised. The wooden blinds had to be cleaned by hand and they look great. The cellular blinds look new! I would definitely use this service again.

I explained by phone what was broken. He was conscientious about returning calls. He could tell by the brand name that the broken piece was no longer being made. He explained clearly in advance what the charge would be. He came at the appointed time, (I actually wasn't even there during the repair), he figured out some sort of substitute, and got it repaired in short order. I met him only as he was leaving. Very nice.

I got an appointment in a timely manner. The last time we had a similar blind problem, a business that is an authorized Hunter-Douglas repair sent a man to take down the blind, and it took more than a week to get him here. Then, we waited for more than 2 weeks, possibly 3, to get it back. In the meantime we had to cover a bedroom window with a sheet. We will always call Aspen for any window covering issues or blind problems that we have without hesitation.

Patio door blinds would not open because needed restringing. Called, made appointment and the service and repair was excellent.

Jeremy was punctual, courteous, and efficient. He did a great job fixing the woven wood blinds that needed some tender loving care. i would highly recommend this company.

I love it when I meet an individual who works hard and is a small independent business that wants to do right by the customer. I feel like I struck it rich today with Aspen Blind Repair that came to me by way of 3-day blinds.
