+ -1 moreThe good: They were responsive and agreed to do the job right away. The bad: They wanted to be paid in cash and did a lousy job of cleaning. It had to be redone by my regular contractors.
Description of Work: We requested that a vacant foreclosure property be cleaned. The company requested to be paid in cash, and since the property is some distance from my house, I met them near their office, and I paid them prior to the time the job was finished. Big mistake! When I got down to the property a few days later, it was barely cleaned and I had to pay my regular contractors (who are highly skilled and expensive) to clean it. It took them several hours to properly clean the house.

Description of Work: They come out each two weeks and thoroughly clean my 2000 square foot home. They clean five bedrooms, 3 baths, my kitchen and the dining area.

+ -1 moreThe team was on time and did a good job. While the cost for ongoing service is competitive, the initial cleaning cost is expensive. The company was able to do an initial consultation/quote the day I called and they were flexible in scheduling the appointment to do the work. The owner speaks limited English and the initial consultation and scheduling are managed through family members. I plan to use this company for regular cleanings.
Description of Work: Housecleaning, initial. (Subsequent services cost less). Including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, interior windows, exterior sliding doors, baseboards, blinds, kitchens and baths.

+ -1 moreGREAT SERVICE. WHEN I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS IT IS CORRECTED RIGHT AWAY. TIMELY AND DEPENDABLE. ALWAYS CLEANS VERY GOOD. ALWAYS ANSWERS AND RETURNS PHONE CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
