Arapahoe Central Vacuum

Both the installation and the vacuum are great. We had 3 hide-a-hoses installed, along with a 240v central unit. The hide-a-hoses make the system much less hassle to use than a previous system (at a prior house) that had the old detachable hoses.

I was able to have all my questions answered about my central vacuum system and feel confident using and maintaining it after working with Arapahoe Central Vacuum.

I called them on Friday anticipating that it would be at least a week or so until they would be able to come out. I was surprised when they said they could come the next morning. They had to replaced my central vacuum. They were quick, very courteous and helpful. I was surprised when I got the invoice that the service charge was so high(maybe because it was a weekend??) I, wish I would have known about the service fee when booking the appointment. It was offset by giving me a trade-in credit for my old vacuum unit. I was very pleased with this company and would use them again!

Don t think too hard - hire Treg and ACM. Not only did he confidently fix my vacum, he took one of my vacum cleaner heads and spent an extra 30 minutes to clean / fix it. Why...because it simply needed to be fixed - he didn t have to do this on a late Sunday afternoon. Solid guy!!

Arapahoe Central showed up on time, serviced our central vacuum and showed us how to clean filter. Vacuum is working very well now! Guys were very nice to work with.

Guys were great. They solved the problem with our central vacuum. Guinea pig hay clogged in the tube, and they removed it quickly. They also showed us how to clean the screens properly and take better care of our central vacuum system, and this increased the suction with our vacuum system.

The service person arrived at the time they scheduled for and was very professional in his work and was quick to finish the job. The company advised me the motor was under warranty and took care of everything to repair my product.
