Travis was very professional. We noticed our water heater leaking one evening and he came out first thing the next morning to check it out. He was able to install a new water heater the same day. We had mentioned we would like to install a water softener in the future and he has the forethought to place the new water heater in the best place to allow room for the water softener. We were very happy with his work!

Rick did a terrific job this evening. He was patient in locating where the leak was coming from, replaced my showerhead, and even grabbed my vacuum cleaner and cleaned up after himself. A rarity with repairmen. I appreciate his prompt arrival, his courtesy, customer service and people skills! I will be using An Affordable Plumber, LLC again and will refer them to others. Ricky was on-time and very courteous and professional. I was surprised that I could get an estimate visit the same day I called, and then get the service scheduled for the next morning. My experience with An Affordable Plumber, LLC was positive all around. My only complaint is, of course, the price, but I'd rather pay a certified and licensed professional and have it done correctly the first time than rely on a handyman (or in-law) to do a cheap but sloppy job that may require a professional to fix (like with my garbage disposal...). I'd definitely use An Affordable Plumber again.

We got new countertops and were not informed prior to install that we would need a plumber to reconnect everything. When Travis arrived, he said we'd need to redo all the pipes under the sink because it was an undermount sink that was also deeper than the old sink. Luckily he was able to come by quickly and get our kitchen up and running!

Affordable Plumber went out of their way to make sure our issue got resolved quickly. They were easy to work with, extremely flexible and very accommodating. Carlos was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, I strongly recommend Carlos for any plumbing needs. I will be calling Affordable Plumber next time I need help.

Did an awesome job replacing 3 hose bibs at my duplex. He even crawled into a very tight crawl space to fix one of them. And he got it all done in a very reasonable time.

I had multiple plumbing issues at once during the Stay at home orders. Carlos came to my house, he was extremely considerate regarding safety. He checked everything out & didn t see anything that had to be fixed immediately. He didn t charge me anything & went out to his truck to send me a quote via email, again being conscientious. We tried to pay him for his time & he refused to accept. When we get everything fixed, I ll call Affordable Plumber. Also, Kelly Gray was very personable & was able to get Carlos to my house very quickly.

Replaced an old section of leaking galvanized pipe and refitted with copper. Did a good job of working with old pipes and ensuring they didn't break during the repair.
