 + -1 moreVery well. Minimal time was needed but Mr. Reider was thorough and complete. He answered all questions that I had.
Description of Work: Mr. Reider performed a pre-sale inspection of my home, knowing that I wanted to correct anything that might come up prior to putting the house on the market. He was extremely thorough and even showed me the appropriate angle for proper drainage away from the house. He carefully inspected all major systems and had some suggestions regarding ways to improve the home. They were not expensive but there were several I never would have thought about. He's definitely worth the money as uncorrected, it might have cost a great deal more in the price of the home. The report provided specific information and helped me remember precisely what he suggested. An excellent and professional service and inspector.

 + -1 moreDespite a snowstorm, David Reider arrived on time and performed a comprehensive inspection of the property. Because we are first-time home buyers, he cheerfully explained, demonstrated, and advised us on all major systems. To tell you the truth, it was worth the fee as a Home Owner 101 workshop! He did everything from ringing the doorbell to assessing the drainage, providing us with a running commentary while he worked, then writing up a detailed report to record minor repairs and major issues. His friendly advice and expert observation allowed us to make a fully informed decision on the final purchase. (Reader, I bought it). Perhaps more important, he started us off as confident home owners. I especially valued our conversation about the history of Denver neighborhoods and the evolution of home construction techniques in the Rocky Mountain West. It was a highlight of our home buying experience.
