 + -1 moreEverything went well with the tub order. It was a little difficult to locate because it had some special features, but it arrived in good shape after a couple of weeks.
Description of Work: The plumber came to the house to see what the set up would look like for installing a new whirlpool tub in the master bathroom. He explained how the access would be arranged in case a repair would need to be done to the pump in the future. An order was placed for a Jacuzzi tub.

 + -1 moreGood experience, We were able to just drop the screens off and they replaced them with a stronger screen than what was originally in them. Everyone there is friendly and seem to be knowledgeable.
Description of Work: We took in 3 window screen frames and a sliding screen door to be replaced. They were able to replace the screens in a week and gave us a call as soon as they were ready to be picked up.

 + -1 moreWE FEEL THAT THE PEOPLE AT ACE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF WORK. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE AND ARE GLAD THAT ACE IS CLOSE TO US!
Description of Work: WE HAD ACE HARDWARE FIX OUR PATIO SCREEN DOOR WHICH HAD A BROKEN SCREEN. THE DOOR WAS A DIFFICULT SIZE TO BEGIN WITH AND AFTER FITTING IT WITH THE NEW SCREEN WHEN WE BROUGHT IT HOME THE DOOR DID NOT FIT. WHEN WE CALLED THE PEOPLE AT ACE THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT AND ACE ENDED UP REPLACING THE WHOLE DOOR AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!
