I had a similar experience to the other reviewers. Luckily it occurred during the bid process -- no-show for appointment/no phone call; no follow-up bid although he promised one; rude, almost menacing attitude when criticized for the above. Unlike the other reviewers, I avoided the worst because I didn't ultimately hire Patrick.

The experience was pretty terrible. The price was okay. He showed up the first time. They could have installed the tile correctly and showed up when they said they would.
Description of Work: We used Accurate Cut. They did tile installation.

On June 23, 2014, Patrick Crossman, Retired USMC, Accurate Cut Landscaping, came over immediately to estimate the replacement of two 18' fence sections, each with a gate. Pat talked a good game on how we all need to take care of each other and the stability of his fence installation. He could also do the install the next day. He and two assistants came the next day with some pretty impressive equipment and very quickly demolished the first fence section. I returned a little later to find the first section finished and the second section demo'd. I looked at the first section and told Patrick I didn't like it. He immediately copped an attitude and wouldn't talk or even look at me again. I had to communicate through either of the two assistants, who were both very nice young men, but still had to obey the bosses orders. I wrote a report, complete with pictures, of the issues I had with the fence installation. Pat said he would try to correct as many issues as possible. We made an appointment and I made arrangements for my contractor to also be present to go over the installation problems, since Pat insisted that the conditions I found unacceptable were acceptable according to fencing standards. Pat didn't show. I called and he said he would be a couple hours late. Still didn't show or call. After that is was a series of excuses and he never came back. Below are my issues: None of the fence posts are level or square and wobble from lack of sufficient concrete. Posts not placed at edge of property, both sections, so pickets are cantilevered over to property line. One fence post against house not trimmed. One fence post cut too short so top 2x4 does not transition smoothly with the slope. Pickets cut unevenly. Bottom of east gate: a. Bottom corner of gate cut to clear landscape material, but cut is sloppy and still binds. b. Kick board used to cover pickets that were not cut evenly. Kick board is aesthetically unacceptable. Pickets layered on top of pickets to cover gaps where a board should have been ripped to fit. Gap between fence and neighbor's fence, both sides. Gate hardware looks industrial. Neither gate hangs evenly. East gate frame actually errors against the slope. Both gates bind. One post for the west gate was installed out of line, so one side of double-gate juts out of line with the rest of the fence. Latches on both gates cheap and installed incorrectly. Patrick told me that he used screws to attach the pickets, but nails were used. Nails are missing in multiple places. One board only has 1 nail. I will have to pay another company to demolish this work and rebuild. I found Patrick Crossman immature, argumentative and deceitful. And I'm not blaming him for a sprinkler head that disappeared and another that was turned backward in the areas he was working and on the day he was in my yard. It's embarrassing to admit that I didn't check him out thoroughly before hiring. I know better.

Patrick, who is the owner of Accurate Cut Landscaping and Maintenance LLC constantly lied to me and didn't show up even though he told me was going to show up. The workmanship was horrible including he installed the wrong type of fittings. He never came to fix the leak, never came to turn it on. He kept promising to install the sod. I paid cash after the estimate and he repeatedly blew me off. I kept calling and I told him he had to be there today or I would pursue other options. He became totally irate and just horrible. He was screaming and yelling at me and saying he didn't have to do anything, because he said that the work was already done. I had to have someone else do the repair work that was not done. In the meanwhile, I was out of the money that I paid. Make sure you don't use this company. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau and he never responded to them.

This was the worse fence job I've ever seen in my life. I've always installed my own fence, but decided to hire out this time. I hired Patrick based on him being a small local business owner. He also states he has served our country in the Marines. He attempted to fix the problems, but I can't see anything was done. He stuck some ineffective and quot;bracesand quot; in the ground and on my neighbors side of the fence. There was one place were he couldn't fit a full picket, so he just drilled it on the other pickets. Luckily the cement work was so shotty it shouldn't be too much work to fix the screw ups. I'm now going to need to replace several posts myself. I'll update later, but I'm betting the posts aren't even sunk 18and quot; with barely 1 bag of crete.

Scheduled a sprinkler blowout. They didn't show up the day they were scheduled. They called in the evening (after just not showing up) and said they would come the next day. They assured us they didn't need to speak with us to do the work. I work from home and had an important business call the morning they came. They arrived in the middle of my call, and repeatedly banged on the door and rang the bell, which was incredibly unprofessional. I sent a frantic email to my partner asking him to call them to tell them to stop. He called, and they apparently wanted to replace an o ring they claim was worn. He said OK, and they allegedly performed the blowout. I didn't hear them enter the back yard. If they did, I'd be incredibly surprised, as our dog was back there and she would have made a racket had someone gone in. So I'm not sure how they confirmed that the system was clear of water. They left an invoice for $85, which included $49 for the blowout ($19 more than I've paid in the past. We only have 4 zones), and $36 for 'parts.' Apparently this was a very expensive O-ring. I don't believe anything needed to be replaced, since I just had our sprinkler system inspected and repaired by a very reputable company in July. I think Accurate just padded the bill. They left an invoice with a business card attached, but neither one has a mailing address. I was going to send out a check today but have nowhere to send it to. There is no address on their website either. It's been less than two weeks since they came so I don't think we're late. Typically when I'm invoiced for something payment is expected within 30 days. They've called my partner repeatedly leaving messages demanding payment during the work day when he is unable to take calls. If they wanted to get paid immediately they should have either showed up when scheduled (I could have written a check then), or included their address in their invoice. I'm certainly not going to give someone like this my credit card information. God only knows what they'd charge me for. There is a BBB complaint for this company. I would never have hired them - my partner found them. And I highly recommend that you avoid them as well.
Description of Work: Sprinkler blowout. Allegedly.
