Work was done professionally and in timely manner. Cost was reasonable. Eric was very pleasant to deal with.

My laptop plastic hinges broke. One repair place told me the entire lid, including touch screen, would have to be replaced. Eric ordered new hinges, called me when they were in, and repaired it the same day at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use ACS for any future computer problems. BTW, to get there from County Line, go south on Holly to frontage road, turn left, and go straight when the road makes an S-curve.

ACS advised me that the they knew the owner of the company I was seeking for years and that company was still in business, and told me approximately where they had moved to. Since this was a custom made desktop that had performed flawlessly for 8 years, I felt I should first try to take it to the original computer shop that built it. While this resulted in a loss of repair business for ACS, it also showed me that ACS has high integrity, business ethics, professional attitude, and good will, so often lacking in the electronics services industry. When I explained the symptoms to ACS they were helpful in affirming my suspicion of either a failed muffin fan or a failed hard drive.I would not hesitate to take my computer repair business to ACS in the future, simply based on their integrity and honesty. Their handling of my call has compelled me to write a positive review for ACS even though I did not have them repair my machine - this time!

My laptop wouldn't power up... Scariest thing ever for me because I have 8000 dollars in irreplaceable software and a database of over a decade's worth of clients. I've dragged this software and database from computer to computer over the years, and it's really a hassle. Usually, I've found a Geek Squad or Micro Center tech to help me, and 9 out of 10 of them just tell me to buy a new hard drive and reinstall/upgrade to a newer OS. These guys were different. I explained my needs, and he was able to fix my 'puter overnight. He told me that the problem was a damaged section of hard drive, which he quarantined for me to prevent it from causing any more chaos. Now I have my machine back, and everything is A OK. No sixty hours of reinstalling software and hoping it works... No looking through a now externally docked HD looking for my work files... No nonsense. I found my new IT department. THanks guys!

I called on a Monday I believe. Took my laptop in on a Thursday morning. Was called on Friday and told that I did need a new screen and he had found one for a really good price (less than I expected). They said it would probably be a week before it would be repaire because they had to order the screen. They called me the following Wed. afternoon and said it was ready. I have had no problems with it since (and that was over 3 months ago).

Eric, the owner, is great to work with, but all of the technicians have been as well. They get to know their clients very well. We have a computer issue maybe once a year, and they know everything about me and my computer. They’ve bent over backwards to make things work and are incredibly flexible. Once, they took my computer back when I was still having issues at no charge! This past time, they gave me a discount, and have been incredibly helpful. They sold us a rebuilt laptop for my wife that has worked out beautifully. Their price has been very reasonable. We’d highly recommend them to others.
