They were late to show up. Instead of loading my stuff onto the truck, they just moved it to the other apartment. They ruined an entertainment stand with a dolly and damaged the back of my couch. I filled a claim but they had moved to a new address and stated they never got the claim. After I called them many times about this I finally got the manager on the phone and she was very rude. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone EVER.

The company was unprofessional, uncommunicative and deceptive in its practices. The move was only partially completed and unsatisfactory. We were forced to pay $925 and are seeking re-payment of $770. Summary of problems: Movers were 2 1/2 hours late. Movers were not professional; two movers had no experience. Very slow; complained about weight of furniture. Many phone calls to office not returned. Truck not big enough; many items left behind in garage. Crew did not have tools to disassemble/reassemble. Truck disappeared for 3 hours; showed up at 8:30PM to start unloading. We were forced to pay for move of 11 hours (estimated at 5 hours) or crew would not finish unloading. Walls were damaged, large gouges on a master bedroom armoire; filing cabinet dropped. Had to use our personal cars with the help of a friend and his truck, we had to complete move on Sunday.

We were thrilled with this company until after the move. Movers were early, worked quickly to wrap furniture and load the truck, and unload at the new house. As to be expected, a couple of things got damaged in the move. They told us they didn't have any claim forms w/them, but to call and get one. Downhill from there. In short, they've repeatedly told us they sent the form, but we've never received it. We've had to call 6 or 7 times to request this, and have been treated very rudely each time. We finally spoke to the owner of the company, and she managed to beat out all her employees in the rudeness category. We've been lied to and given the run around. Not enough room here to tell the whole story, but in conclusion we are disputing the charge through our cc company and they are fairly certain they will get our charge reversed because the situation has been so ridiculous. Too bad, the movers who actually did all the hard work were awesome but we'll never recommend the company!

The movers were suppose to arrive at 9am and were about 20 min. late. We had arranged for three movers and only two arrived. We were told that the 3rd would arrive 'shortly'. He arrived about half an hour later. They seemed to know what they were doing and were pretty efficient once they were there. Their final bill included two hours for travel time from their work location. We had been quoted one hour on the phone. A call to the company got the time adjusted to one hour. They also left a lot of materials behind along with trash (soda cans/rolls of tape).
Description of Work: We moved from one house to another and required a moving company to move the large things and many boxes.
