Terribly. Part was shipped to wrong location, service person dismantled dishwasher. Part was wrong one. Left dishwasher dismantled. Never returned to fix. Never returned call. Dishwasher still not fixed and it's been almost a month.
Description of Work: Called about broken dishwasher. Service person arrived on a Friday and said he needed to order part. Called within first week and said part was shipped to distributor instead of him. Re-shipped. Finally came out after another week. Dismantled dishwasher and said part was the wrong one. That was on a Friday. Said he would go to Denver Sat. and p/u correct part and come back to our house that day. Indicated he wanted to get the work done. Left. I called the following Monday and asked him to call me. Never saw or heard from him again. And it's been over a week. Pump was left on top of fridge, with other parts.
