DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! They destroyed my grass, left trash n my yard, knocked over flagstone, cut my internet line, and didn’t even put my hose back. Then had the audacity to be EXTREMELY rude when I contacted them about it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My biggest concern was obviously the grass they ripped up grass about 3/4 feet out all along the fence line. Unfortunately, both the woman I spoke to, and Derek (the owner?) treated me like I did something wrong. Eventually (and reluctantly) they promised to return a mere $100 towards the repair of my grass and then ghosted me. Trueline did an excellent job at a great price on my fence. I received 5 quotes from different fencing companies in the area and Trueline was the least expensive and had the best quality style fencing. After discussing all the different fencing styles available I went with the vertical board on board and it looks awesome. They also built several gates of different sizes and they all work perfectly. Lastly, I had some issues with a neighbor on who owned the fence and Trueline was incredibly helpful and thorough on getting that figured out for me as well. I’d highly recommend Trueline if you’re looking for a fence.

Amazing quality at competitive price.

I made a follow-up call to the company after they came out to give me a quote. I asked for Derek (the owner) to call me back to discuss pricing on other projects. His assistant (Jessica) called me back and left a message that they were no longer interested in doing our fence installation. They were not only extremely unprofessional but wasted 2 weeks of my time. I would suggest staying clear of this company. Very unprofessional

Awesome fence construction, highly recommend!

Everything went great. Great communications, showed up on the dates given, removed all of the old fencing, installed a new cedar picket fence and cleaned up when done. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Workmanship was lacking. They did a sloppy job addressing the elevation difference between mine and my neighbors house. They came back to fix it but didn’t fix it to our satisfaction.

Absolutely outstanding experience. On time, great communication and the guys who build our fence were amazing. Left everything super clean. The price was better than 5 other bids without being pushed to something I didn't want. The fence looks beautiful and I would highly recommend this company. Thank you. This company quoted me for a fence repair. Upon arriving for the project they advised that they miss quoted me and left the worksite despite me vacating the property so they could get this job done. They advised they would follow up with a revised quote. After several days with limited communication, they advised the required tools for the project were broken and advised to hire another company. This company has set my repair back several weeks. I wish they would have told me upfront not to give them my business. You probably shouldn't either.

They did a great job on my fence replacement. Very quick and clean. Other than the new fencing you would never even know that workmen spent five hours in my backyard.

This contractor is the best in the area He is very professional He gets the job done in a timely manner but does not sacrifice the quality of the work. I highly recommend this contractor. He is honest and forthright with his service and quotes.

They were good, i was pleased, looks fantastic, neighbor liked it that they also called Trueline Fence to do their fence. It was done on the time-frame that he said it would be completed. The owner was very accommodating, approachable and with an open communication, and I feel comfortable.

It looked great. He installed a bunch of gates. Everything we wanted we received. Everything in the contract he followed through on. I don't have any complaints. I have used him for other projects.

He was prompt, he cleaned up, he pretty much did what he said he would do, affordable and the product looks good.

He was excellent, very honest, and professional. His prices were very reasonable as well. I thought I needed more work done on the fence and he advised all I needed was a post replaced. He was very efficient and did clean work. He did not oversell or try to get me to put in a new fence and I would highly recommend him. I will hire him again.
