The girls went to the wrong house one day and left when they couldn’t get in. By the time they made it to my house you could tell they were so annoyed to even be there. They just didn’t show today despite being on the schedule because I wanted to verify that sheets were to be out on the beds. Kathleen will sell you on her professionalism and also tell you how horrible the other cleaners were, and how great “her girls” are ??♀️ But don’t be fooled. It’s all a saws technique. In a nut shell, hard to work with, never a complete clean, made me uncomfortable in my own home."
