I called over 7 companies for my Kohler home generator. Less than half replied and no final resolution. So, I contacted this company even though they are 8 hours from my home and weren't available to come, and not only did they reply, they took about 45 minutes to walk me through my entire system remotely and then refused payment! They spent their time and expertise just to help me out of the goodness of their hearts! You don't find companies like this in 2023 anymore - I'd pay twice the going rate just to have the level of service this company provides, very strongly recommend!!

Our outdoor air conditioning unit was making a terrible noise and went out on Sunday afternoon (99 degrees). My husband called Monday morning. They informed us they were booked but would try to work with their schedule to come by the house and take a look. They called back an hour later and said they could stop by around 3pm. At 3pm the technician showed up looked at the unit and spotted the part that needed replacing. He took about 20 minutes to make the repair and waited another 15 minutes to make sure the unit was operating properly.

My air conditioner broke after 30 years of service so I decided it was time to get a new one. I was recommended to Northern Colorado Energy Solutions by a friend and decided to call them for an estimate. During the estimate the tech, Scott, was incredibly honest and helpful and after checking some measurement and looking at my current unit he gave me an estimate that included several different options for units. After getting a couple other rough estimates I decided to go with noco energy solutions for my purchase as they were the most affordable option for me. The installation went smooth and the tech was incredibly respectful of my home and his workmanship was very high quality. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase as the new Carrier unit works amazing and I feel the the value and quality exceeded my expectations. Northern Colorado Energy Solutions was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a furnace or A/C unit.

Scott was extremely personable and professional and spent a great amount of time performing the HVAC service. He found an issue with our furnace (NOT as a sales job) that other providers that had serviced our equipment failed to notice. We have used several more known companies in Fort Collins and our experience with NoCo was far and away the best

We hired Northern Colorado Energy Solutions (NOCO) to replace an old furnace with a geothermal heating and cooling system. Nate, Tim and Matt could not have been more professional. I mainly worked with Nate; he was on time and responsive with my many questions prior to, during and after completion of the project. Our job was a big one which required working in a very small crawlspace and attic. All of our old ductwork was removed and new ducts installed. A vapor barrier was installed in the crawlspace as well. Right before the project was to begin, I had to leave town on an emergency. However, I had no problem letting them work in my home when I was not there. On top of that, there were record low temperatures and snow that week. Not only did they bring space heaters for my wife to use until the new system was up and running; they even brought wood for the wood burning stove. With a job as big as ours, in a 100+ year old house, I anticipated there could be issues. However, I like to judge a company not on if there are problems but how they take care of them when they arise. No worries with Nate. Bumps in the road were smoothed without incident. It is clear that Nate really cares about his customers. He was in regular communication with me about the progress of the installation promptly answering calls and emails. His crew cleaned up after themselves treating our home as if it were their own. The job finished on time and we love our new geothermal system. I highly recommend NOCO!

Nate (owner) is very professional - his original estimate included the full range of HVAC systems available for our budget and type of home. Our original problem was inefficiency (20yr old heat pump)and poor duct design, leading to high heating bills and severe temperature imbalance throughout the home. His price estimates for each system alternative were competitive with,or better than the 4 other, larger firms I solicited estimates from. He followed up on his bid and supported some reasonable negotiations that saved me even more money, and led me to select the most energy efficient system currently available. Plus, he helped me work with the local utility provider to secure the maximum rebate available. He showed up when promised, kept the job site clean, and maintained responsiveness throughout the job - start to finish. I love the new system, the quiet fan, and the very stable temperature throughout the entire home - Nate's ductwork design was the key to that temperature balance.

Very thorough inspection and a detailed written report. Answered all questions thoroughly. Was totally straightforward about condition of our unit and did not recommend replacement yet even though the unit is pretty old. Would definitely use again.

Our house was built without duct work for air conditioning and with baseboard heating. After last summer in northern Colorado, we decided it was time to invest in comfort before the summer heat. We called several companies for estimates, and although they did not technically come in the lowest, I felt that they did the most comprehensive estimate. They offered a very reasonable upgrade on system efficiency that I thought was worth the extra price. Tim was very knowledgeable and friendly and I got the impression he really likes what he does and takes pride in a job well done. They began the two day installation while my husband and I were out of town and we came home to our house being cleaner than we left it and most of the work already done! The second day went smoothly and these guys are courteous, quick, and thorough. Tim showed me how to operate the thermostat and even came back two days later to make sure that everything was in working order. While up in the attic he and his team found a few issues with venting and wiring. A few of the issues they just fixed, but there were some that would take a little extra time and money to take care of. He let me know what they were and gave me estimates to fix them. When I am ready to fix these issues, I will be calling them.

Service went well. Salesperson came within one day to quote service and do inspection. They followed up with a written proposal and stuck to the agreed price. Installation was completed 3 business days later. The folks that came were professional, arrived on time and were finished within the time they allotted.

Whole process went well. Bid was competitive. They did the work efficiently. Explained the system well. Were timely and cleaned up.
