Description of Work: He arrived on time, assessed the problem and replaced rusty fittings with our well equipment that had begun leaking in the garage. Within 2 hours he completed the work which included soldering fittings together, He cleaned up the area and the equipment looks better, won't rust, and is stronger in it's construction. We use this equipment every day and it has operated exactly as it should.

+ -1 moreHe arrived on time, was very positive, and professional in conduct. He took precautions to prevent damage to other water systems in the garage, like tripping the circuit breakers to hot water heater, et, before turning all water off to the house. I couldn't help noticing his suppressed laughter at the previous plumbers use of the inappropriate galvanized unions that as he said "would guarantee failure thru rusting in the future". He set out the copper and brass parts that he was to use, cut the old section of piping away,dry fitted the sections together, then heated and soldered all into place. The finished product even looked good. It was done quickly and efficiently and I felt good about paying him for the work. I can without hesitation recommend Land M PLUMBING for any of your plumbing needs.
Description of Work: To repair a leak in our well water pump mechanism, Mr. Massing removed and replaced some inappropriate galvanized unions that were rusting away. These galvanized sections could have dome a great deal of damage, if they had failed completely. He reinstalled a check valve, a gate valve, and other components with all copper and brass items that resist corrosion.
