I can not say enough about how AWESOME Bill was to work with at WCH Improvements. I own a condo in Denver, but live in PA. As stressful as this can be with not being local, Bill made my life so much easier and less stressful!! He answered his phone immediately, or if not, called me right back. He was quick with getting an estimate and making a professional judgment on what needed to be done. He was upfront with me on every aspect and he helped me coordinate services if his team was unable to complete the work. He even met folks at my place for me. He made great suggestions for the rental and was quick to schedule and complete the work. The floors looked fantastic and the work top notch. I will only use Bill if I need work done in the future. I highly recommend!!

I highly recommend WCH Improvedhomes. Bill responded quickly to my request for a bid. He came out and assessed my project, which was a custom installation of a commercial in-wall trash receptacle in my kitchen. He gave us an approximate price for the work and scheduled us with Nick for the following week. Nick arrived on time, was friendly, professional and highly skilled. He took great care to get the installation done right despite the fact there were no instructions on how to install the trash receptacle. The finished product is perfect! He also cleaned up well after the job was complete. The price matched Bill’s bid and was fair. I couldn't be more happy with the installation. It was a great experience start to finish! Many thanks to Bill & Nick! We look forward to working with Bill again on our next project, which is the installation of a new front door. :)

The two workers showed up right on time and got to work. I thought my project would take around 4 hours to complete and it only took two! TVs look great and are perfectly level. I tried to hang the window treatments that I ordered first with terrible results. They made it look easy. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was complete. Would not hesitate to hire in the future.

Bill and company are the best! These guys just do it right - from start to finish. Fair pricing, great work and an amazing attention to detail. Have had multiple workmen doing various projects in our home for the last 6 months. None of them can compare to the quality and professionalism we received from WCH. Wish I had found these guys sooner!

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Bill came out, quoted a price, took measurements, and made sure I was comfortable ordering the door. When he went to pick up the door and found it was damaged, he refused delivery and called me immediately. When they came to install the door, they were, professional, well equipped, and did an excellent job. They are very busy, for good reason, and well worth the wait.

Excellent. Bill responded quickly to my request for a bid, he assessed the situation and performed work at a fair price within days. He took before and after pictures for me since I live out of state (rental property). I am very pleased with his work and plan to use him again. Easy to work with.

You need to be patient because they have a long wait list.

It went really well. I missed the original date and they happily rescheduled. The work was nicely done.

We scheduled an appointment with Bill and he called 20 minutes after our appointment time to say his first appointment ran late and he had another one after us so he cancelled our appointment. We rescheduled for the following week and he did show up on time. Bill said his current project could run longer because the client was adding some things. He said he'd get back to us in 5-6 days to let us know if he could do any of our projects. That was 2 weeks ago and we have never heard from him. We received very unprofessional treatment. Very disappointing!!!

Parts were missing from the blinds kit the first visit so he had to come back and did not charge me more. Still one part that the blinds company has to replace, but Bill is great...personable and energetic. He's just really in demand.

Bill and his team were wonderful, the perfect fit for our project. We started with a thorough walk-thru and Bill held true to his estimates throughout the project. We came across several unforeseen issues within our walls and Bill and team were quick to come up with solutions that allowed my design to stay as planned. Bill was also great at communicating daily with me regarding the work that was completed and what the next day's plan was. He was also flexible and understood when we had to wait for some replacement parts to come in. I am incredibly pleased with the outcome of Bill and his team's work.

My husband & I just bought our 1st home (a 1950s brick ranch in Lakewood) & we had a laundry list of projects to be completed. Bill came over soon after I called & went thru the list with me, assessing the areas in person. He provided a free estimate & we communicated electronically over the next few weeks as I prioritized the original list. The day of, they showed up on time & got straight to work! They did an excellent job! The dryer vent was a bit tricky due to basment layout, but Bill found an excellent solution for us. I knew the ceiling fans would be more difficult than normal since my husband installed all except those two haha. But WCH got them installed & they look and work great. We're so happy to have these projects completed and to have found someone we can trust to call on in the future. Bill is very particular about projects being completed correctly, safely, and to code, which is very reassuring. Our projects were completed an hour earlier than a full day, and parts came in a bit less, so our total ended up being less than the estimate, which was awesome! As new homeowners, we're already learning that the projects never end.....so we'll definitely keep Bill's number handy! :)

Bill was fantastic - very responsive and was able to work with my schedule for a tight turn-around. All of the work was done well - curtain rods, clothes rack, garbage disposal and a broken drawer were all fixed and I have had no issues with any of the work thus far. They even went out and purchased supplies that were needed above and beyond the original scope of the work. I would highly recommend them for handyman services!!!

Bill was AWESOME! He was able to fit our job into his schedule very quickly and arrived for both the estimate and work EXACTLY when he said he would be there. The person he had assigned the job to initially fell ill, so instead of pushing our job off he handled it himself. I can't say enough good things about this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Bill and his team picked up all of the materials, and even brought me tile samples for my laundry room. They took care of everything, and within four days I had a new laundry room and bathroom. I trusted Bill and his team entirely to complete the job in a timely manner. I couldn't recommend WCH improvedhomes enough.

Terrific! Bill showed up right on time. While all the other handymen I talked to said I would need a new door completely, Bill said he could fix the current one. He was in and out in only an hour and the door operates like its brand new. WCH will now be my go to handyman service. I know they also do remodeling work and I would not hesitate to hire them for that as well.

Went great. Only comment is that a little more after work clean up would be great. But, everything else was great - super thoughtful, friendly, including to the doggies!

The work with these guys always goes well, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
