They did everything they said they would do, did it on schedule, & for the quoted cost. When they left you couldn't tell they had been there, except I had a beautiful new roof. Dave and Cliff are men of their word. Most professional installation crew I have ever seen.

Customer Service was what anyone would want. The work was very good. The only detail that needs work on is that the crew is very busy and don't get all details finished on time.

Bryant and David were very pleasant and very willing to accommodate my needs. They fixed a roof leak in the rear of my house and it is pouring rain as I write this and the leak is gone!. I was unhappy with they way they designed the downspouts in the front of the house and they fixed it perfectly within 8 hours after my follow up call. Refreshing to have people listen and respond to your concerns so promptly. I would hire them again!

Tri Star was prompt and their cost was lower than another estimate. They explained the cause of the leak, how the repair would solve the problem and was thorough in their followup to be sure it was fixed. I was very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

Came over sunday of memorial day weekend. Was very thorough with the roof.recommended bigger gutters.Very reasonable price. Didn't try to get me to get a new roof.just fix the problem. Very happy
