The appt was to perform work but the tech thought it was just for an estimate. He did the work anyway. The original appt thru home advisor was not honored and when contacted directly the company had to reschedule

Tipping Hat did a great job took care the power problem I had.

Tipping Hat contacted me to get details of the work I needed to be done. We scheduled a date and time that needed to be changed due to staff illness. Office staff were very cordial over the phone and called me the day of service in advance of the technician arrival to inform me that Justin would be arriving sooner than what had been scheduled. I had minor work to be done and Justin was very tidy, courteous and thorough in explaining what the cause of my concerns were and fixed the problem quickly. He had to borrow an extension ladder of mine, put it back when he was done and vacuumed the area. Wow!! Does service get better than that! Now I have a reliable electrician when I need one in the future. Thanks Tipping Hat!!

The technician was polite and, while he had a hard time pinpointing the problem, he was very determined to figure it out.

There were a couple of delays in getting the project finished (one week vs one day) that required several follow up phone calls but the job was completed and is perfect.. We highly recommend Ben, one of their electricians.

The worker who showed up was nice & friendly, he answered my questions, and his estimate of how long the work would take was just about spot on, but getting a worker to actually show up was the real hassle. Tipping Hat kept pushing the appointment back and back and back, until it was 24 hours after the original appointment time that the work was actually completed. And they charged me full price for the work, with no consideration for all of the delays.

I was very happy with the work. I would definitely hire Tipping Hat again!
