Office was great at responding but the tech was not. Had to call twice to get the job scheduled.

Mark K arrived in lightening speed to evaluate my problem. He was knowledgeable and professional.

did not do all the work agreed upon and did not do the work that was completed in the way it was originally agreed upon. cancelled and rescheduled one morning 30 minutes before scheduled time to arrive. noticeably unfriendly on day of installation. if i could give less than 0.5 stars, I would. Would not use them again, nor would i ever recommend them for anything. Should have checked their online ratings because those many bad ratings and I would never have used them if I had just checked other ratings. Very bad experience and i also would not use Home Advisor again to find a contractor.

Did a nice nice quick job

I don't appreciate being pressured to pay upon viewing the completed work when the final permit inspection had not even been called for yet, much less signed off on by the county electrical inspector. Also the attached subpanel for the septic pump was not powered on per instructions left with the panel by the excavator. The demeanor of the TH supervisor was impatient and coercive to sign off when It was too soon to do that. The work itself looked good as much as I can tell since I am not an electrician. That is the reason we have county inspectors. The price was ok, the work was done quickly which was a requirement.

Robin went out of his way to really get the job done and done quickly.

The gentlemen came on time, was very professional, put up my lights and took one down for me. He was very efficient and FAST. Our living room looks AMAZING because of him. :-) I would love to hire him again for future services.

They were very timely and efficient! They didn't try to over charge me, and were able to come within a few days. They were great at contacting me prior to appointment to confirm, and letting me know they were on the way. Great group of guys!

Got back with me immediately and set up an appointment, the only thing was it was 5 to 7 days out and it was an emergency but phone staff was very friendly and helpful

I needed the work done quickly and it was done. The workers were very kind and courteous. They made sure when working in my back yard that the dog did not get out when they were going back and forth.

The contractor was very professional and polite. He started out by coming and taking a look at my electrical problem and gave me an estimate. If I signed the estimate, agreeing to have the work done, the fee for the diagnostic would be waved. That?s what I did. When he came out here to do the work, he added some things to bring everything up to code, but then discovered his initial diagnosis was incorrect. Instead of standing by his estimate and diagnosis, he wanted to charge us for bringing everything up to code and then an additional amount to get everything he installed to actually work, doubling the price. We talked him down a bit when we experienced our displeasure and he returned a third time to finish the work only to discover his assumptions on the second pass were also not accurate. He pulled up the lawn to track down the issue and then asked if I would pay more. With the lawn torn up and still no power, I finally just agreed. I understand unexpected things happen on a contract, but a little more due diligence on the diagnostic and a simple hook up of a continuity checker (which I would have been able to do myself) and the guy could have given us the correct estimate up front. I have never had a company give me an estimate I had to sign come back and say that it would cost more because they miss diagnosed the problem. Estimates like this should have been honored since it was the electricians mistake. I will not be recommending Top Hat to my friends.

Expensive. Did not show up even close to on time. Did not complete job; they came back for that.

Mark was an outstanding electrician who fixed my problem. It was fairly complicated so unfortunately, it took two visits and $450.

Mark was exceptionally professional and pleasant he performed very good work.

They win a little bit higher than another quote that I got but so far the work they have done for me has been awesome
