They were very friendly and informative. They were able to work around my schedule and I was able to work around theirs. They were very efficient and verified that everything worked before they left and made sure I knew how to operate the new thermostat.

The only individual that we met was a spervisot, Cody, he recxonnended the design for the project, completed the project , and left the work areas from cleanup better than when he began. He noticed several problems in the wiring of this 56 year old house with potentially fire hazards and recommended corrective solution. Although this may sign a commercial ruse, there was no pressure or attempts to influence. Cody is one of the most professional craftsman that I have dealings with in my over 60 years. Although I had no contact with other electricians working for Tipping Hat, I feel certain the their other staff would be equally competent. I highly recommend this organization, and fully intend to hire them for the remaining electrical scheduled for mt home in the near fTutr

He was very pleasant and professional and I felt comfortable around him, but it was hard to get a hold of them and had difficulties coming out on time.

The person that came was excellent and knowledgeable. The customer service problem is their office - the office does not call or email like they say they will (ever!) Thought the price was a little high but not too much.

Jason - contrary to popular beliefs, you are also an electrician in a pick up and had no reason to refuse my price match from your Home Advisors competitor. Also, I did not need your check to pay off my previous Wells Fargo Home Improvemet account so that you could show higher costs for my job. I requested a parts/labor breakdown which was never received. The Building Inspector said the quality of the work was good.
