Quick response to mt request for service. They were on time and very efficient. We plan to use Tipping Hat again in the future for a whole house fan installation.

Great Customer Service and very professional

Found out I was grossly overcharged. Right as a storm was rolling in my furnace decided that it would no longer ignite so I called Tipping Hat. The technician told me the part was very expensive and quoted me $1,300 for the fix but with the temperatures dropping into the negative digits that night and only into the 20s the next day I had little choice. The next day I looked up the part and found it ranging from $250-$300. That means he charged me $1,000 for his 20 min installation. So apparently his going rate is $3,000 per hour. I accepted the quote in good faith so shame on me but defiantly the last time I call Tipping Hat.

I took a picture of the faulty led driver & amplifier I needed. Called Tipping hat to schedule the install. They rescheduled for 5 business later, but it snowed, then rescheduled for 2 days later. They ordered a $100 driver to replace mine. They had a picture of my existing led driver. I asked for my same brand driver & amp; looked online where they are only $10-$15 price range. Tech said he would be back in 2 days, Friday between 10-noon. No call, no show. Will never recommend or use.

I have never received a invoice on the work. I need this receipt for tax purposes.

Fast, honest, and fairly priced. We live in an older home which needed a new line dropped for an under-sink outlet install. The scope of the work was clearly explained, and was completed in about an afternoon.

The electrician was excellent and solved the problem quickly. Although his initial charge was over the top, after a phone call to management, they cut the charge in half. Great customer service.

I had Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating and Electric out for both an electrical issue and plumbing issue. The customer service staff were very friendly and professional, as were the electrician and plumber. I would highly recommend their services.

quick, efficient, professional. excellent service, but cost was a bit on the high end.

Price was very high but I was in a situation where I needed the work finished. He did not finish the work and three times he didn't show up when he said he would. I finally texted him to forget it. I am out of town until November and will find another electrician to complete the work. He was pleasant and worked well and I believe his company scheduled him for other projects.

Randy Walz, the tech who came to our house, was courteous and professional. He listened to my description of the problem and quickly fixed the issue we had with a GFI outlet and two switches. First-time Tipping Hat customer...I will definitely consider them for future electrical work.

On 7/25/18, Justin Brown came to my home and he identified the issue with my patio light immediately. Justin was awesome and the level of customer service he provided was outstanding. He was honest and he did not overcharge for his service. I will recommend Tipping Hat to my friends and family.

Quality was great. Showed up and did the job. Home Advisor only gave me one choice and I was in a crunch so I hired this company. No complaints about their technician. Extremely expensive though. Had I had some extra time and additional options a better price for the same simple work could have been found. Would consider using again when in a crunch as they are a big company but likely not for a multiple bid project.

Spoke with Vy, he was able to give me a quote over the phone. They showed up the next day and installed 3 bathroom light fixtures. My chandelier and ceiling fans were back ordered and not available for them to install. They will be back to complete the installation at a later date. Very satisfied with the company and workers.
