 + -1 moreI bought two Groupons for Tin Man, one each for annual inspection/check-up for a water heater and/or a furnace. When I went to book the furnace check-up, both Groupons showed as already redeemed. I was able to book the furnace service, and I was quoted for an expensive furnace repair. Then I tried unsuccessfully to book the water heater job. I was told that the water heater service is only an inspection, not a drain-out as I had assumed. Still, the technician never even laid eyes on my water heater. At best, poor communication, at worst, very scammy.

 + 0 moreI was very impressed and pleased with the work that was done. The price was very affordable and the job was completed on time. I did not have to hover or supervise. Their tech Marco took the time to explain what my options were. He did not suggest things that I did not need.
Description of Work: I have used Tin Man Heating to replace my heating and cooling system, and to replace my water heater.

 + -1 moreIt went great !! Great. Craftmenship ! Seth and Marco were very polite and amazing with the services they provided ! They walked trough all the steps with me and everything they did! I felt very comfortable with them handiling my furnace
Description of Work: I was so pleased with the work these men did, I am always pleased to pay for services that are coming from a locally and family owned business!! Very fast, clean work ! It's been some time now but never had to call some one to come back and fix the mistakes ! I love the Lennox system installed!!
