Our professionals employees are bonded and insured - each one trained and certified. We use our own products and supplies, like our specialty vacuums with HEPA filtration that remove 99 percent of all dust and allergens. Our cleaning products are environmentally safe so we can ensure they won't leave behind harsh odors or cause damage. We clean the smallest of details, like doorknobs, light switches, phone receivers, remote controls and appliance handles, because we know where germs try to hide. It always goes well. The ladies arrive when they say they will, get the house done in less than an hour and off they go. Shoes are covered with protective gear to protect floors. All supplies are provided by them. It's great to come home to a clean house!
Description of Work: Have been using this service bi-weekly for years. They thoroughly clean the house, are detail oriented and do a few things ( like change linens) regularly that would be extra with other services I've used. Floors are hand scrubbed so there's not a corner filled with gunk. Bathrooms are beautiful- every surface cleaned and sanitized. Same with the kitchen- they load the dishwasher if I forget. If there is a problem or question it is handled immediately-- there's a 24 hr guarantee they will return and fix anything I'm not happy about. I've never needed that guarantee as anything I've ever called about (dusting frames or sills) was not such a big deal to me that they come back and do it. Reminding them for future dates was all I wanted to do, but they offered to return. Oh, I've only called with a problem once in 5+yrs.

The Maids have always done a really good job. They leave a message before they plan on coming. They always ask If I need something special done. I can call them and let them know if I do. I have been using them for about three years.
Description of Work: I have a company called The Maids come out every three weeks and clean my home. They do regular house cleaning.

THE JOB WAS GOOD.... FOUR LADIES CAME INTO THE HOUSE. EACH DID SOMETHING DIFFERENT. THEY CLEANED ALL THE HARDWOOD FLOORS ON THEIR KNEES. DID ALL THE BASEBOARDS AND DUSTED AND VACUUMED.
Description of Work: I HAVE A 5000 SQUARE FOOT HOUSE, THEY CLEANED THE WHOLE THING FOR ME. ALSO CLEANED THE FURNITURE.
