 + -1 moreThe overall result is nothing short of remarkable. We have now had several months with virtually no electric bill and we are building credits for the winter. Not everyone can achieve this result - it's largely due to our roof space and the direction our house faces.
Description of Work: Juan Lucayo and his team were exceptional. The came out and estimated the work, then worked with us to get the best rebates from the city, county, state and federal governments. Juan's team was always on time and the worked was completed as promised. Juan also helped supervise the work to have the insulation in the our house upgraded to meet rebate requirements and he and his team installed a whole house fan. The result is fantastic.
