We couldn’t be happier with our entire experience with Pete and Regal Construction from day 1 for our addition and remodel. We were so impressed with his communication and scheduling of subcontractors. Rarely was there a day that someone wasn’t at our house working to finish the project. The project finished a little early despite delays with permitting due to the city of Lakewood. The original estimate Pete provided was very close to the actual cost, however we added on several changes during the process. Pete was easy going, friendly and great to have around during the entire process. Would highly recommend!

Regal did a garage conversion (500 sq ft) to a finished master suite, remodel of our old master suite (300 sq ft), addition of a garage to replace the old one, and put a gorgeous roof over our patio. Every experience we had with Pete was top notch and very professional. He was on site pretty much every day we had workers at our home and was very communicative and flexible with a few changes we wanted to make as the project developed. The best part was that he had everything planned and we never had stretches of downtime. His tradespeople all were high caliber and efficient, not to mention friendly as well. I've already recommended Pete to some friends that are looking at doing additions and remodels.

There is simply no one else that I would have put my trust in to create a 600-plus SF addition with complete remodel of the main floor of my home than Pete. He is laser focused on every detail and has that ability to see your home through a lens that you just can not. He brings sound ideas, creativity and functional suggestions to every element of the project and then completes those tasks with care and precision. His crews know what Pete expects and what homeowners deserve and they match his level of professionalism and detail.

Pete and his crews were fantastic. We hired him to add a "pop top" master suite over our garage and I couldn't be more happy with my new space. Pete was so easy to work with and communicated with me almost daily. He came in on time and within budget. He had great design ideas and he made the space amazing! I will definitely hire him again for any construction projects in the future.

Pete was involved with each phase of the job starting with plans, submittals, permitting, and took a "hands on" approach to the construction of our carport. He proved to be an excellent communicator and delivered an excellent project which we have received many compliments on.

Pete and his team did an excellent job with our new Master Suite addition! After another contractor dragged his feet and did nothing for close to two months, we hired Regal and Pete immediately started to make things happen. Everything was very professional and he ended up finishing the work several weeks ahead of the original schedule.

This was a huge project. It required building basically an mother-in-law's apartment about 22 x 30' on top of our garage complete with handicap accessible bathroom, shower, walk-in closet, and kitchenette. It has wide staircases, hardwood floors, independent heating and cooling, a new tank-less water heater for the whole house, recessed lighting, and a huge deck. In addition, we contracted Pete from Regal to put in a wheelchair access sidewalk on the side of the house and he will replace our two car driveway when the rest of the project is finished. Also, he sub-contracted to replace our sewer line. The addition looks like it is part of the house. Actually, it is easily the largest and best space in the house. We will contract Regal again to do our front porch and an eventual kitchen expansion and remodel when we have recovered from all this work financially. All in all, Pete has been extremely responsive and accessible for any of our concerns. A+

Pete is very attentive to each step of the project. He checks on on each step and keeps the homeowner informed. Has a great team of workers that are efficient and produce quality results.

We have rebuilt an addition and added a second story to our old NW Denver home. Unfortunately, we had to wait 20 weeks for Denver permitting to go through, but once construction started Pete and his crews have been incredible. From the first interaction going through the design iterations and all the way through finishing touches, Pete has been incredibly responsive, quality- and detail-oriented, and a great sounding board through all of the decisions we've had to make. The project has been on budget and any surprises were clearly pointed out to us and clear change requests submitted to us with any additional work necessary. The project has also been on schedule (even a little ahead of schedule), with Pete keeping us in the loop of what is happening each step of the way. Highly recommend Pete and Regal Construction.

Pete is a very nice ,considerate person and worker.He kept the work area clean,always showed up on time and finished the project as scheduled..His work is excellent and has an eye for detail,after inspecting his work I could not find any flaws, its PERFECT! We will have him back for his services.

Did an excellent masonry job! I needed my front masonry porch extended before putting a roof on it. I wanted a decorative masonry pattern, which they did.

Pete and Regal Construction has been a rock star on what should have been a somewhat straight forward bathroom remodel. My house dates to the early 1940's and therefore has a very small upstairs bathroom space. I hired a design firm out of Boulder (to be unnamed) that helped me pick out remodel items that were great. The execution, however, lacked in a large way (almost everything ordered as specified had to be returned / corrected). As Pete stated to me: your remodel might go down as the longest remodel ever (it was slated to be three weeks and ended up being 2.5 months with no fault of Regal). I have greatly appreciated Pete's patience through this process along with the very professional outcome. I headed into this remodel hearing horror stories of contractor incidents but it ended up he performed amazingly well and the design firm was the one to drop the ball. Thanks Pete.

Pete is very easy to work with. He stayed on-time, and with some savvy shopping, we came in a little under budget. The work was well done and addressed any questions or concerns that I had.

We are delighted with our remodel. We have received lots of compliments, particularly on the workmanship. Pete submitted a fair estimate and stuck to it. The project was completed on time and Pete kept us informed and consulted with us to make sure we got everything we wanted.

Positive experience working with Pete on our addition. He was very timely in his estimates & stayed very involved with the project, actually being onsite most days. His subcontractors were also timely & performed quality work. I'd recommend Regal Construction to anyone considering a home improvement project.

Pete was reasonably priced (by comparison), but the quality of the work was amateur. He finished the dry wall with spray-on texture. I had to ask him to apply more texture because it didn't match the surrounding wall, but he didn't want to due to cost. (He did finally do it.) He used grout in the corners of the shower instead of something more flexible. (I learned later that grout is a bad idea.) I guess for the price, I probably got what I paid for. The shower door he installed was defective and he worked with me to get a replacement door for free, but he wanted to charge $100 to install it.
