Walter and Jody are beautiful people. They are excellent at communicating, they kept our predetermined schedule to meet at my town home, and they provided outstanding work replacing a water heater. Their costs are more than fair for superb work. I would hire Walter and Jody again in a minute. UPDATE: I have to reduce to 3 stars. This water heater failed inspection. The pressure relief valve was installed without a discharge pipe.

He cancelled 3 times then stopped communication

Walter came out assess the situation and told us what Needed to be done and got it done in a timely manor.

Walter & Jodi did an fantastic job. They were the only ones that called back , for the estimate they were prompt, they gave a great estimate adding a gas (propane) line to our kitchen for an new stove, they fit us in because of the weather, snowing the day they came. They worked like a team, Jodi doing the gas line while Walter drilled through the floor. I highly recommend PIPEWORX for any home project you may have.

Walter is great. He did what he said he would do. When he was delayed getting to my house he communicated. Cleaned up and left the site cleaner than when he arrived. I'm very comfortable recommending Pipe Worx with no reservations.

It's been two weeks and they still haven't submitted their quote. I contacted them 5 days ago and they promised me a quote that day or the next.

Walter ran a new gas line for me at about half the price of other estimates. He didn't cut corners, nor did he talk poorly of other people in the field. He reasoned where/how other people might be twice as much. Then he explained exactly what he was going to do, how much the gas line cost on a per foot basis, his plan for installation and then his time frames for getting the work done. I couldn't have been happier with the quality of work or the customer service. 5/5 would/do recommend.

Great knowledge of gas lines and how to test them. Was persistent to get our gas line up and running as well as the knowledge to bring the project to code.

Great to work with and did exactly what we asked.
