Overall a great experience. The PipeWorx crew was professional: showed up on time and completed the work efficiently. Was one of the more expensive bids I got for the work being done. The level of effort exceeded what I perceived I would get from some of the less expensive bidders, so I went with PipeWorx.

Great customer service and quality of work for a reasonable price. They came out on a Sunday to look at my water heater at no charge. It was replaced by lunch time the next day. Great people to work with.

Since plumbing issues only seem to happen on holiday weekends, we were thankful that we were able to find someone to replace our hot water heater. They got the job done quickly and left the area clean. Would hire again.

They called and said they could be here in 15 minutes, got here an hour later. They replaced the leaking rubber hose that was spraying the side of the house but did not check to see if the air was cooler that was coming out of the cooler. Charged $325, They left and were not available the following Monday to check the output. I will not hire them again.

Super nice - and patient! Worked with me to come up with the best solutions for my needs. Definitely my go-to for plumbing.

Walt communicated clearly about what needed to be done to fix our problems. He was prompt and he and Jody efficiently worked to complete the job.

Walter is the owner/operator and after interviewing two other plumbers I felt very comfortable with his analysis of our problem. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and was very impressed with his knowledge and work ethic.
