Scott Carman with Paragon Solar provides amazing service. I have had my system or 13 years, and when my inverter started having problems I contacted Paragon Solar for help. At that time to my Fronius equipment was still under warranty. Scott scheduled an appointment to service the system and arrived promptly. After troubleshooting the issue he worked directly with Fronius to order the required replacement parts. Then returned to install them when they arrived. The system was back up and running promptly, and didn't cost me anything. Scott was very professional. He graciously took time to explain the issues and answered all my question. Then over more years as the inverter aged, he again solved whatever problem came up. When the time came that I had to replace the old inverter, I again contacted Scott and had him upgrade the system to the latest technology. Now I have a new inverter with a new warranty, and can monitor the system through the web and a phone app. I highly recommend Paragon Solar for any service or repair needs you have. I know I will always keep Scott's business card handy for any future service.

Although our system has been mostly trouble free, when our Fronius inverter died, Scott Carman came to our rescue. He diagnosed the problem, worked with the manufacturer on our warranty, replaced the faulty equipment and got us running again! Scott and co-employee did an Excellent Job. Dismantle+Removal was skillfully and professionaly done. Very skilled+knowledgable of Older Systems that need to be shutdown+removed and also New Solar Systems to be installed. Would definetly call Paragon Solar for future job if need. Very good customer service+listened to homeowners concerns+questions.
