Went great. Frank was on time for estimate and very professional. Heather/office extremely pleasant. Crew did great job - very neat, very personable. Worked very hard to find the right solution for staining my 4 covered deck ceilings as I wanted to have the wood grain show yet use a dark satin all without brushstrokes. They even arranged for a regional Guiry's rep to come out to evaluate. Excellent service. Highly Recommended!

They showed up on time every day and did a beautiful job. They cleaned all areas after completion and always gave me the opportunity for inspection in that all was completed to my satisfaction and expectation. I would highly recommend Pappas!!!

Just a wonderful experience! Frank showed up when he said he would to give me an estimate. We walked through the house and he took lots of notes and listened to what I wanted. The quote was extremely fair and fit in with my budget. They were able to fit me in when I needed them too (I'm doing an entire remodel). The guys showed up when they said they would and worked very hard to get the job done on time. The house looks awesome - they did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone.

The crew at Pappa's (led by Armando) was fantastic. Came exactly on time every day, extremely professional, and the walls came out fantastic. Their pricing was not the cheapest, but certainly fair. Would certainly use them again for future painting projects.

The team showed up exactly on time and every day during the two weeks it took to complete the job. They were extremely careful and respectful of our home and its contents. Much time was taken in covering our wood floors, carpeting and furniture. All of the doors were removed, sanded and sprayed for a beautiful finish. The walk-through came with only minor touch-ups. We enjoyed working with Frank and the team. The experience helped bring back hope for honest, professional and committed individuals to doing a job well done. P.S. We had the windows cleaned right after the job. They were very surprised and pleased that the windows were kept clean of paint.

I received 4 quotes from AL painting contractors and we decided to go with Frank because he was easy to talk to, had excellent customer service skills and didn't come off as cocky like one of the contractors we talked to. Pappas was similar in pricing with everyone else with the exception of one contractor that was $2K over everyone else! This is why you need to compare people. The Pappas crew were on time everyday, respectful of our home, very pleasant, and did an amazing job with the application. Clean lines, protected all of our furniture, went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We used Benjamin Moore paint and are happy with the results but the color advise we received from the local paint store (Guiry's) could have been better. Basically we paid $80 for a professional interior decorator to help us choose the paint. However, the person we had neglected to tell us that low e-windows would make the paint change drastically from a grey to green. We felt that as a professional, they should know everything about the paint and how it would look in all conditions. Overall, we are very happy with Pappas.

Great experience on all levels. The owner estimated the job himself and spent the time to explain what they could/could not do for the estimate provided. Vince handled the details of color choice and scheduling efficiently and made sure to adjust his schedule to ours for pre-paint and final walk around. Armando and crew were on time, courteous, professional and even asked me and my daughter to share pizza with he and his crew (Armando bought the pizza)! The quality of work and detail provided was in my opinion above and beyond what I have experienced with past paint crews. It was obvious that this company values it's employees and encourages them to take their time to do the job right, not right now. I find it hard to remember a time that I have felt like we truly received more than we expected from a home improvement project... Pappas has our business now and in the future.

The original contact was seamless. Frank Pappas came to the house and estimated the repairs. His assistant, Heather, kept me informed about dates/times. Good communication. The painters, Dave & Brad, arrived on time. Frank Pappas also came by at the beginning and end of the project to ensure satisfaction and pick up an oversize ladder. Dave & Brad, were efficient, talented, polite and quiet. They did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the results.

After finishing remodeling a basement, I hired Pappas to fine tune some drywall and paint the interior of my house in Golden. They were great! Good estimate, friendly workers and very professional. Great work fixing my drywall boo boos and the paint quality was excellent. When I couldn't decide on a paint color for my kitchen the guys working helped me. The really know their stuff. I couldn't be happier with the work. After being screwed by a contractor its once to work with quality ones with integrity.

Pappas was very responsive and called in advance to let me know when the painters would be arriving. They were particularly challenged with the rainy weather in May, and managed to complete the painting within a week of the original schedule. The painters did an excellent job of prepping the house, and were very efficient, professional and courteous. They cleaned up daily and were careful not to damage any of my plants. Overall, they did a great job at a great price. I would recommend Pappas to anyone.

Had an issue to start the project. After several reminder emails, I had to wait 2 hours for someone to show up to begin the project on the day scheduled. I was told he forgot about the job. He was very apologetic and did an excellent job once the project began.

Two painters for 8 hours were able to do the rooms I requested - 2 rooms with 2 closets. I was very pleased with the work and would use them again. They showed up on time. The booking process was more than easy and they were able to schedule me in at my requested day. Communication was good throughout the whole process. I would recommend their services.

Interviewed 4 different painting companies for this job. Just going over what needed to be done won them the job. Frank listened to what I "thought" I wanted, answered questions thoroughly, described how their process worked, really took time and looked at my house. I already had my paint colors picked out - but was on the fence about getting my tall stained wooden baseboard/casings painted. 30 years after installation they do not look the greatest anymore - so I was getting an estimate to get them painted. He asked if that was the only reason I wanted them painted (for the most part yes) and then explained a way to bring them back that was so easy he could bid it and do it but said for something so easy I would probably want to do it myself. Then he recommended with the color I had chosen in the main area to wait an see what it looked like and then decide. He gave me an estimate with and without the baseboard/casing painting. Eye-opening. I feel his was the only true and fact based estimate. Good communication at all times - I was emailed or called with start times etc. Well the crew of 4 came right on time and moved furniture, taped, covered the hardwood floors, calked, repaired drywall, patched......The crew foreman went over every issue, concern, question I had. Took 3 1/2 days and the difference is astounding. Frank was right to wait and see how the original baseboard/casings looked with the new color. The crew working was thorough, cleaned up, moved the furniture back and were all so nice. You walk in the front door and know that professionals with standards did this painting. I am pleased about every part of this job, the outcome and Pappas Painting.

We've used Pappas Painting and Repair for multiple projects. Because they have done such a good job with our indoor painting needs, we decided to try them for an exterior project. It went really well. The price was fair, communication was excellent and the team did a great job. We pretty much use Pappas for all of our painting needs.

The crew did a great job and the house looks wonderful. I wanted to mention how much I enjoyed working with some of the guys. First Vince. He was very helpful and so understanding about my questions and indecision on a few things. He has a great personality and made working with him a pleasure. He’s a great member of the team and really puts a professional, fun face on the company. I also have to mention Luis- He was really in charge daily of the crew that painted my house. He was always happy, pleasant and eager to do anything to make me comfortable and happy with the choices I was trying to make. He was very accommodating and in my opinion went way above board to help me “see” what would look best. Nothing was too much, he always made me feel like I could ask him anything and never made me feel like I was a bother to work with, and I might have been. I really owe my satisfaction to him as far as my end result goes. He expressed his opinion when asked and worked side by side with me to figure out what looked best. I don’t paint very often, in or out, but Pappas is now my go to painting company.

Chewy and his team were great. We requested a small crew even though it would take longer and Frank was definitely willing to accomodate our request. They recommended we use Regal paint even though it costs a bit more and couldn't be more happy with the coverage. They were happy when we wanted some more work added to the original work order and completed it all in a very timely manner. We will use Pappas Painting again for our painting needs.

The crew arrived promptly every day at 7:30am and worked solidly all day. They were extremely courteous and friendly and communicated with me each day to let me know where they were in the project and what they would be doing the next day. The crew cleaned up before finishing each day and even cleaned the windows before finishing the project. I am very pleased with the professional quality of their painting and will likely use them again for interior painting.

The entire crew was great to work with. They were all courteous, respectful, neat, clean, and professional. They came to work promptly, were responsive to requests, painted a fairly large area for me to see and make sure the colors were right before proceeding, and they did a fabulous job. Everything was properly prepped, the trim was perfect, and they painted two coats on everything. I couldn't be more pleased and I will continue to use them.
