They were wonderful. The crew gave me bills when they came over. They were efficient, nice, and very good in follow ups. Their prices were reasonable and I feel comfortable with them; I can?t say enough good things about them. Everything is an A+ for them. I was very impressed with them, because, of which I signed the contract. They were personable, extremely professional and frank. They took an appointment, before they came. They itemized everything and emailed the same day. The prices were great and I wish he could teach everyone to do business. I liked his services a lot and will use the same in future.

First class job. Never known a contractor to be so reliable. They arrived on time, did exactly what they said they would do, and finished ahead of schedule. Best of all, because they finished early and used slightly less materials than they estimated, they passed the saving onto us and charged $50 less than they originally quoted.

Frank Pappas called me back immediately after I left a message for him. He submitted a thorough estimate promptly. His workers were always on time, always friendly and polite, and immensely helpful in selecting colors, textures and the like. I recommend Pappas Painting enthusiastically.

My experience with this company was great. They were incredibly professional, punctual, and nice. I am really, really, picky when it comes to things like painting, and they did a nearly perfect job. I have a dog and two cats, and they were very good with them. Also, I felt very comfortable with having them work in my home while I was at work.

I met Frank Pappas over a year ago when I was researching bids for our complex. Because of our concerns about upcoming winter snow removal expenses, we postponed making a decision at that time, but when we decided to actually proceed this year, we called Frank back. He not only agreed to honor his bid price from over a year ago, but he also agreed to do whatever else we might need while his crew was on site, on a very reasonable "time & materials" basis. The actual work began precisely on the date he said it would, and his guys showed up every day for the next 10 days or so, until the job was totally done to our satisfaction. His job foreman was very personable & professional, and stayed in touch regularly, to make sure they were meeting or exceeding our expectations. Though they did expect payment in full at the time of the job's completion, they required no up-front deposit at all. Our homeowners association members seemed most pleased with the quality & professionalism of their work, and my expectation is that we will use them again as the rest of our buildings need repainting over time.

We moved from Philadelphia to Littleton. We purchased a home that the previous owner had left the original white paint provided by the builder. We like some color in the home so researched painters on Angies List. After reading the reviews for Pappas Painting, I suggested to my wife that we just use them since they were universally positive. Frank met with our real estate agent at the home prior to our closing on the home and provided an estimate while we were still in Philly. We agreed to the fair price and arranged for Frank and his team to start the day after closing. He met us at the home a day after closing and reviewed the colors and introduced us to Vince, the supervisor on our job. They started on a Wed. and the moving truck was due to arrive on Sun. Frank and Vince are both wonderful and both of them as well as the entire crew of workers were polite, articulate and treated our new home with utmost respect. What a group of professionals! They put additional people on the job to finish in time and had the whole project finished by Sat. at noon. The reviews on Angies List are all positive and for good reason - these guys do a first class job, they do it in a timely fashion, are highly concerned with their reputation and provide outstanding customer service. We would use them in a heartbeat when we have more painting to do.

I called Pappas after reading so many positive reviews here and because they were local to my area. Frank is highly professional and came out to estimate the job and schedule his team. Before starting the project, he brought out his foreman and went through the job again to be certain they knew everything that needed to be done. When the paint day came, they showed up exactly when they said they would and did an outstanding job of masking the house, almost to excess, but certainly enough. They worked hard all day long for two and a half days straight and did an amazing job. I've never hired professional painters before so their work may be ordinary, but to me it was extraordinary and means I'll never lift a brush again! Even when they made the occasional mess-up (who doesn't?), they promptly owned up to it and corrected it. I highly recommend this company, they won't let you down and you'll not only be very pleased with the results but I think the cost was more than reasonable for the job performed.

Overall, excellent job! The estimate was accurate and fair and they even offered to fix stuff that I didn't mention. A truly professional, friendly, reliable group of workers, I was very impressed. They took great care of our brand new wood floors. We had wood floors and stairs put in and were worried about having tape down, but they did a great job protecting the floors. They also fixed the trim around the stairs and along the floor that the floor guys messed up. They took the time to sand down doors, fix dents in doors, fix drywall and on and on. The house looks great. Will definitely use these guys again when it's time to paint the exterior. Highly recommended. You can't go wrong with these guys.

After discussion about the proposed project and sure that Pappas & Co. was certainly the team for the job he kindly managed to fit our substantial project into his June schedule in time for company coming to our new home. All of the staff showed up promptly each of the five days. Frank and his staff are absolutely professional - very competent, talented, efficient, accomodating individuals. Artists, not just painters, they produced exquisite results - and I say that very much as a perfectionist with a strong aesthetic sense - a close eye. We could not possibly be happier -not to say thrilled- with whole affair, cost included. Irrespective of the competitors Pappas & Co. categorically commands the top of the list.

Prompt, professional, courteous. Frank Pappas did the estimate, and the work came in for that price. The job was finished a day earlier than quoted. Frank's crew (in all, six people worked the job) was great. They showed up on time, listened and responded to our concerns and preferences, and did top-notch work. First they powerwashed. After that, It was obvious that both Frank and his lead crewmen know a great deal about the paints and stains used in exterior work, and they showed expertise with both brushes and power sprayers. Everything was carefully masked and shielded, and no paint or stain landed on anything we didn't want painted! And they did excellent cleanup at the end. I heartily recommend them, and will in fact use them for some interior work when we're ready for that. Very versatile group, eager to please.

Better than expected! Every square inch of the interior was painted. Frank's team, lead by Vince, did an amazing job planning and orchestrating this monumental task. They accommodated our work-at-home employment needs by their professional organization of certain tasks in certain rooms and shifting furniture as needed. We were never once without space to get our work done, or to sleep in. They were flexible and easily accommodated several additional items to be painted. The entire team was prompt, courteous, friendly and expert at their vocation. It was about as painless as it could have possibly been. It's like a whole new house, we are very pleased with the results! Next is the exterior, without hesitation we will use Pappas Painting & Repair.

Frank and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They did a great job. They were personable, punctual, and perfectionists. I liked the energy this company emits-no hard sell tactics. I felt like they listened and really cared about the job they were doing. I felt very safe having them in my home. Perfection is the only way to describe my entire experience with Frank Pappas and his team. There wasn't a detail that went unnoticed and they were there to ensure I was more than pleased with the job. The estimate was dead on. The workers were considerate and professional. Everything was completed on or before I expected it to be done and they left me with an open ended guarantee supporting their work. I will use them every chance I get and refer anyone I know to them for painting and repair. Mine was a small job that could have gone unnoticed, but they treated me like their biggest customer.

This job went extremely well, from start to finish. Frank Pappas Painting was fast, yet careful and detailed at every step. A great combination. They were also very professional, respectful and, well, just plain nice. Finally, they were also flexible, accomodating changing schedules. Our new front door didn't arrive in time so Frank squeezed in the door the next week, no problem. Great guys, great company.

Frank gave me a reasonable bid in comparison to two other Angie's list -recommended companies and was the least salesman-like, which I appreciated. Because I waited several months before scheduling the work, Frank and his lead painter, Vince revisited a few days before the start date to review exactly what I wanted and finalize colors. Vince, Viljar, and Juan were punctual, professional, and hard-working for three days. They took the time to do the job right even though it meant spending a little more time on the job than they originally estimated. I would definitely recommend them to friends and will call on them again if I need future painting work.

Did and excellent job, very professional. From the initial estimate to the final walk though Frank and his team did a great job. Provided a very competitive bid and performed exactly what we agreed. I unfortunatly worte the wrong paint code for the largest portion of the house and discovered the error after they completed the work. They agreed to repaint the space at a very resonable price. I had 3 estimates, all had A rateing on Angies List, and Pappas was the middle price of the three estimates. For me they were the right balance of professionalism without the used cars sales pitch I got from one of the other companies. As somone who rarely writes reviews like this, I strongly recommend Pappas for your next paint job. Thank you Frank and team for the great job.

They did very nice work. Completely covered all floors and woodwork prior to painting. Very concerned for how to accommodate my household needs while the work was ongoing. Crew was considerate and did great cleanup. I was very satisfied and would definitely hire them again.

Pappas Painting did a great job. We had used another highly ranked company prior and I was very disappointed in the quality of work. We decided to give Pappas a try and were not disappointed. Unlike the first company, Pappas removed all face plates and were much more careful about protecting our home from spilled paint. the paint job itself was excellent and the staff were very friendly and responsive. I plan to use them again in the future.

There needs to be an A+ rating made just for Pappas Painting! If you are like me, you will shop around to compare prices and quality?and you will have made a good choice if you end up choosing Pappas. Their prices are competitive, their crew leader Vince was professional and wonderful to work with, and I cannot think of how all of the workers could have done a better job. I had all of the popcorn ceilings removed throughout my entire house. They did a superb job of protecting the house and cleaning up afterwards. The ceiling perfectly matched my walls?they covered up the poor work underneath the popcorn ceiling, and retextured my ceiling to match my walls. I had my entire house painted, and chose a variety of colors. The quality of the paint they used was great. The quality of the work was even better. I was very impressed. I chose my colors and decorating scheme out of home decorating magazines. Now, after using Pappas Painting, the pictures of my home are comparable to the quality in a magazine!!!

Frank was prompt in coming out to do an estimate. I needed the project completed quickly and he was able to fit me into the schedule so I could meet my deadlines. His paint crew were professional and efficient. The job was completed on time. I will definetely use Pappas Painting on other projects.

Extremely professional, competent and clean. We live in a very old home and so the prep work on the walls and ceilings was very involved. Crew cleaned up each night before leaving. Very timely.
