We were very pleased with the workmanship of Pappas Painting. The estimate was very reasonable and the job was finished in the time they expected. The painters were prompt, neat, and thorough. Frank was very easy going to work with. It was a big job, due to the built-in shelves and they look absolutely beautiful. We are very happy with the overall work, price, and the promptness and politeness of the painters. We will definitely call Pappas Painting for any future painting jobs!

We were very pleased with Pappas Painting & Repair. We were in a rush to complete our project and Frank not only fit in the estimate for us, he got us on the schedule and completed the work within one week. The workers were very courteous and the work looks fabulous! Compared to two other Angie's List vendors who never even called us back- we will definitely use Pappas again!

Very easy to do business with this company. They came to the house and provided an estimate via email within one day. Almost all of our communication was via email which works perfect for my busy schedule. The workers were maticulous with tapping off where they were painting and protecting the furniture and flooring. The drywall repair work was excellent, you can not even tell that it was repaired. The painting was very good as well. They also cleaned up after they were finished which I appreciate. I will definetly use them again next time I need work.

I use them and they were excellent!!! And I would recommend them. I choose them because of everything that was said was nice about them on Angieslist I would use them again.

Before selecting a contractor, we contacted the top-rated listings from Angie's List to provide bids. We requested three companies to provide estimates. One was more than double the Pappas estimate and the other roughly the same. We chose Pappas because we were impressed with Frank and also liked that his estimate included moving furniture, taking down/re-installing blinds, window coverings, outlet and light switch plates, etc. before/after work. The other two vendors added this task for an additional cost. Frank was also very professional and always prompt in responding to phone calls and emails. When work began, we found the Pappas Crew to be very courteous and professional. They made sure the in-progress areas were tidy at the end of each day (which we appreciated greatly since we have two toddlers and a dog) and were more than punctual each morning. They were even right on time the day that several inches of snow had fallen during the night and was still coming down heavily during the morning drive. We live in the north metro area and even the foreman, who was coming all the way from Castle Rock, was the first to arrive (early - just as he had the days prior)! Our 5-year old son, who was most interested in the crew and what they were doing, was well-received despite the periodic interruptions he undoubtedly imposed upon the guys as they worked. They even let him paint a spot or two on the wall to ease his curiosity! Touch-ups were done in phase and all the furniture and wall hardware replaced as rooms were finished. They made sure everything was done to our full satisfaction when the job was complete. They were even kind enough to let me use one of their ladders to access a high decorative space, for which I had some decor accessories to add once the painting was done. We were most impressed with the whole experience and are delighted with our newly-painted home interior. Don't even bother shopping around...you won't find anyone who can deliver the same quality work for a more competitive price than Pappas Painting!

Frank came to the house to look at what we wanted to do and had very good suggestions. Took a lot of time to look over the house and give us his input. Did not rush through. Quote was not the lowest but well within reason, and we went with Pappas because we felt so comfortable with Frank. His crew pitched up on time, were very professional as well as very nice, and were totally focused on keeping the house clean, doing the job, and keeping me happy. We wanted an accent wall in one bedroom and totally left it up to Vince, the job foreman, to decide which wall and how much to do. This was after changing the color, luckily before they bought the paint. He did a great job. I absolutely could not be happier with the paint job and the level of care that the crew gave the house. They really wanted to do it right the first time. Couldn't recommend any higher.

They gave me a time scale for completing the work and started and finished as planned. They were extremely courteous and helpful. I had only a rough idea of one of the colors for the fireplace and they made suggestions and painted a sample color. On the second try I found the perfect color and I am very pleased with the finished result. They moved furniture and put everything back in the right place! (How do they do that???) The master bedroom drapes gave them a difficult time going back up and another employee came the next day and had it all working. Frank, the owner, told me not to pay until everything was to my satisfaction. Now that is amazing ! I highly recommend this company.

I had gone to Home Depot/Lowes to match the paint to my house. The paint did not match. I spent over 5 hours of painting was frustrated. I decided to have someone paint my house. I called several providers. When Frank came he showed up on time and took the time to understand the situation. Frank informed me that I need to use the same brand of paint to really match colors. We found the paint kit for my house under the kitchen sink. He called his supplier to confirm the paint was still available etc. He did all of this work pro bono. I really appreciate all his help. My house now looks like it has new paint with less than 2 gallons of paint that I used to paint the spots that needed it. Thanks Frank!

This entire experience from start to finish was just excellent. The owner (Frank Pappas) came to the house discuss his services and provide an estimate. I found Frank to be very personable. His estimate was $2,000 less than the highest (of 3 estimates) and slightly above the lowest. I had a time frame to be met for the completion of this project which his company beat by one day. On the first day, 3 employees and the project manager (Vincent - just excellent) showed promptly at 8:00AM. I did a walk through with the PM and reviewed all that Frank and I discussed. They began the process of moving furniture and taping. The next day and through the completion of the project there were 7 people working at all times. All the employees were very competent and polite. Frank came by 2 days before the completion to verify all was going well. Near the completion of the painting, I went through the entire house and noted places that required some further attention. Before I could bring up my list to Vincent, they also saw the same problems and fixed them without being asked to do so. The painters cleaned up daily and completely at the end of the project. I can highly recommend this company.

I had approximately 1600 sq ft space that needed the ceilings painted before I moved in. They taped off everything in the home, covered all the floors, and even taped the edges of all the ceiliings. There was under a day before I moved in and as promised they were on time, worked very hard for a day and a half and finished the job 2 hours before the movers showed up with my things. They also left the paper on the floors so the movers would not damage my floors. Their technique to tape the edges and use some sort of silicone for a straight edge on the "textured" Colorado walls was impeccable and the job came out beautifully. I couldnt be happier and they were right at budget and didnt charge less or more. They worked very hard and I would use them again or recommend them in an instant should another job come up.

Frank Pappas came out for the estimate and was very professional with a "can do" attitude. That was the only time that I saw him. The estimate was competitive, although not the lowest, but I liked his professionalism so decided to go with them. The job was scheduled within about a month of my deciding to go with them, and took about one week to complete. At the end, the blue ceiling looks great (the most critical part!) but everything else is pretty average... lots of paint on trim, a few drops in random places around the room, and the drywall mess was pretty bad. Also, there are a lot of gaps between the wood trim and the drywall that I had hoped would be filled by this process. Admittedly, this was a really big repair job, and I think they had hoped it would take less time. Good price, nice people - ideally there would have been more attention to detail. Vince was "in charge" of the job, and was always polite and professional. The other workers were also polite.

The job took a little longer than originally estimated, since 1 employee did the majority of the work. However this wasn't a problem, and it worked out fine.

They did excellent work, were on time, fine with the budget, fine with the mass,it was nice and fair.

The owner/estimator showed up on time, provided a full explanation of all work to be performed, suggested a few drywall repairs, estimated when the work would be done and clearly described what to expect during the process. The crew showed up on time, took great care in protecting all areas that were not to be painted, and completed the work to my satisfaction. Everything about this experience was a positive and I highly recommend Pappas Painting and Repair for their quality, price and professionalism! Great job!

Frank and his crew were professional, worked some on weekends, and finished the job when they said they would. Their corners and edges are fabulous, and so were their repair jobs. They fixed cracks in our plaster too. They cleaned up nicely after the job. We had 2 other bids and Pappas was in the middle. We're glad we picked them. My advice to homeowner would be to tell Frank you'll be using Benjamin Moore instead of Shermin Williams. During crunch time we discovered that SW doesn't have those little paint samples. Instead they make you buy a quart. Who on Earth would still do that? So we had to switch to BM and try to match paint quality of what was in bid from Frank. We purchased at least $30 worth of those little paint samples from BM ( about 15 different ones) and it was key to picking the right colors. We changed a few things on Pappas at the last minute and they were flexible and never complained.Great company and we WILL use them again.

Pappas Painting and Repair did a superb job painting the inside of our home! They were true professionals. I asked their advice on color and they knew what they were talking about. Frank and Vince had a keen eye for what we were looking for and what would look good in our home and our decor. They were on time, worked hard and cleaned up each day. Our home looks fantastic. I look forward to using them again when we paint the downstairs.

I can give nothing but praises for everyone and everything they painted. They came on time, worked hard and did an outstanding job. I was impressed with how well they covered everything so no paint could possible get onto something it shouldn't. The project managers were great and very helpful when we were trying to decide what to paint. They even suggested NOT painting something....never thought that would happen. GREAT COMPANY!

The crew was creative, working around a few challenges unique to our old home, and we really appreciated it.

They showed up as scheduled and spent the entire first day masking light fixtures, floors, kitchen cabinets, etc. We had just had our hardwood floors done and they were very careful covering the entire main level with paper. They had 4 or 5 people on the job the entire day. Emerson was the forman and he did a great job of watching and directing the crew. He made sure they filled in minor holes in the wall and removed fixtures when necessary. They started the job on a Thursday and were supposed to finish on Monday. On Sunday, Emerson showed up and spent the entire day removing paper and making sure everything was done properly. He's very dedicated and exhibits a great deal of pride in his work.

Frank Pappas and his crew were always prompt and courteous. They had a big crew so the time of the renovation was fast. Frank's project manager, Vince, is the best out there. He went above and beyond all expectations. Vince was so patient with my changes and made sure everything little detail was right. He even helped me with my color choices when I was unsure. The crews were so careful with our home. Frank's carpenter, Dan, did a fantastic job as well on our beat-up trim, baseboards and doors. I was amazed at what he did with that awful-looking wood. Dan was able to paint and fix almost everything so that it did not have to be replaced which is environmentally friendly which is important to me. The final product is fantastic. It is professionally and beautifully done -- it looks like a model home! I highly recommend Pappas Painting & Repair. They are the best, period. This was the first time my experience with a contractor was not a disappointing disaster! I am having them do my exterior painting of our house next.

Frank, the owner was amazing from the beginning. He was prompt, professional and knew what he was doing. I did not use his services because I had a family member that I decided to hire since they are currently unemployed and used to be a painter. I had 3 estimates and his was very reasonable $1,500 less than Vivax and his references and quality that he would have provided would have been exactly what I needed. I would use his services in the future.

When we bought our home, we decided to have the interior painted. We initially planned to paint the entire house but the estimate came in higher than we could afford after purchasing our house. Frank Pappas worked with us to review the estimate to remove items that didn't need painting (ceilings, some trim). The workers who performed the work were wonderful - they were very professional, courteous and very careful. They did a wonderful job covering the floors and taped to ensure clean lines. They also did a great job cleaning up after they were finished. I was extremely pleased with the work they performed. This one of the best companies that I have ever worked with.

It turned out very well. He showed up on time and finished when he said. He did more than I expected. 6 months after the job they came and fixed them roof.

I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done. They were extremely respectful of the house, not tracking in anything and careful with dust. They were wonderful to work with.
