These guys are terrific! They arrived early, prepared the house for painting by covering every surface, and taping off edges, worked for two and a half days, and did a fabulous job. They were wonderful to work with, and their professionalism is fantastic. This is an exceptionally fine company with superb painters who take pride in the quality of their work.

This is the second time that I have hired Pappas Painting. The first time was to paint the interior of the house we were selling, and the second time was to paint a few rooms in our new house. Frank Pappas came to my house to give me an estimate, and took the time to point out some areas that did NOT need painting, saving me some time and money. Wow ! He was also very careful to make sure that the colors chosen matched my request, and then said that he would consult with his foreman, Vince, to make sure the colors were indeed the right match. Frank, Vince and the team arrived at my house at the scheduled time, and it was amazing to watch how quickly and efficiently these folks worked. The taping of the walls and paper on the floors ( I just had new carpets put in the week before !) was more than thorough, it was like watching a surgical procedure; these guys were that exact.. I cannot believe how quickly and perfectly the job was completed. Everything looks amazing, and the price was quite reasonable for the job. I have also passed along a recommendation to my Real Estate broker, with complete confidence that Pappas Painting is the best in Denver.

Great experience overall! They were quick to give us an estimate and began the following week. We felt that they were thorough and did a nice job. DO have a color in mind to save time. DO ask for a walk-through before paint goes up to make sure all nail holes are filled and filler is neat and not smeared. Carpenter was excellent and reasonable.

I got bids from three different companies for our interior paint job. Frank Pappas came out and gave a free estimate. His bid was competitive and he was very clear on what his company would do. I liked his professionalism and the details he provided about the paint job (crew would caulk gaps in baseboards, take care of unwanted nail holes, etc.). A three-man crew from Pappas completed the painting for both the basement areas and the master bedroom/bath. They were on-time, courteous and very professional. They covered the stairways and floor where they'd be walking in and out. They completed the job within the estimated time period (2 days). Quality work. Would use this company again!

Frank,Vince, and crew were all very friendly and professional. Both Frank and Vince stayed in contact by phone, email, and text throughout the bid and painting process. They were flexible with changes to our closing schedule and sensitive to the fact that we had other trades coming in to work on a timeline (also to my anxiety over committing to colors). Prices were very competitive and the results are exactly what we wanted. I'm so glad we decided to go with Pappas. The Angie's List reviews are absolutely true to form and we will most definitely use Pappas again for any future painting needs!

We were a little wary about having to hire a contractor, but had a fantastic experience with Frank.

The crews were punctual, worked full days, and cleaned up well at the end of each workday. For the exterior, they needed to do some significant trimming of trees, as it had been several years since we'd painted the fence. That was all bagged and ready to dispose of with the next trash visit.The interior was meticulously painted. I'm done looking for other painters now. We've had one other equally good interior painter, but that was a one man show with helpers who didn't do exterior work.

They arrived on the date and time proposed.. they covered every surface that would not be painted, repaired damage to the old plaster walls. 2. day two, they arrived right on time. worked quietly and efficiently throughout the day painting.3. Day three the put the finishing touches on the job, vacuumed the carpet, swept the floors, carried out all of the trash. They walked me through a final inspection. It was perfect. It was beyond my expectationsBy the way Frank Pappas performed the initial estimate prior to the project and stopped by the first day to make sure the crew had all of the details of the job.

We had a rough start in that there were some emails that did not come through from Frank, but I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Frank is very professional and has integrity. His crew was always professional, courteous, and punctual. The job was very well done - it looks terrific! I couldn't be happier and I have no complaints at all. Everything was done top notch and to my exact specifcations.

The job went very well. The crew was punctual and always went right to work. Our floors had just been refinished. The crew covered all the furniture and floors and were very careful not to get any paint on new floors or furniture. The ceiling and wall repairs were done first, then the ceiling , trim and walls. The crew asked me to look at the job after each step to make sure it was the way I wanted. After the job was completed a few minor items were noted that needed touch up. Their best detail man came on Saturday and fixed everything. Excellent job!

Never returned my e-mail describing job and requesting an estimate

Showed up when scheduled. Kept areas clean and done very professionally.

Started with the exterior painting--crew performed a power wash, wall and window prep, including hole filling and caulking as needed. Painted trim 1st--spraying all after tape job performed for protection. Sprayed walls 1st coat with back brushing then applied 2nd coat. After completion of basic painting, crew went back and did their own punch list. Color lines were true and clean. Excellent job overall. Interior job performed by Emerson and his crew. Wood floors had been redone the week before and the crew took great care covering them up when they 1st arrived. Doors were pulled off, with all hardware identified by door. Doors were sprayed 2 times, with sanding in between each coat. Ceilings and trim were sprayed 2 times with one color. Walls were rolled for 2 coats. We ran into a time constraint (ours not theirs) that necessitated a 7 seven man crew the last day on the main floor to get it ready for quests the following day. Frank Pappas was willing to provide the support to Emerson and his crew to get the job completed. They completed the remaining portion of the job ( 2nd floor rooms) by the middle of the next week. Emerson handled all of the final punch list items without hesitation and went beyond that by taking care of a few extra issues. Again an overall excellent experience.

Frank is one of the best contractors I have used. He is quick to respond, clear about his ability to perform the work, and follows up when he says he will. We are very happy with his team of painters and would recommend him to anyone who needs painting or lacquering.

The team was great and the ceilings and walls look terrific. Frank came out to give me an estimate a couple of weeks before we wanted to have the work done. He was running just a few minutes late, but called to inform me that he was on his way. He walked through the spaces with me and explained their process of removing popcorn. Although at first I only planned to have the ceilings taken care of I asked for an estimate to paint the walls too, just in case. This was a good thing....a few days before they started my husband and I decided we did want to have several of the rooms and our basement painted. I called Frank and he said this would not be a problem. On the start day the crew arrived early (they were waiting for me!). Frank arrived to do a walkthrough again and go over the areas to be painted. The crew that worked at the house during the week was very friendly and professional. Vince, who oversaw the work during the week, kept me informed and was patient with me as a I selected paint colors. When they started they said they thought it would take about 5 days, and that was exactly what it took. They cleaned up before they left. There was still some dust in areas of the house, but that is really unavoidable with the type of work we had done. Overall, I think they did a terrific job. I would hire them again and I recommend them.

I solicited quotes from four different painting services and Pappas was the most punctual in scheduling the quote and returning the quote while also being one of the lowest cost providers. I also was very impressed with Frank's professionalism during the walk through for the quote and the fact that he was very straight forward about the challenges of the project.The project itself was executed very well. The team showed up on time every morning and did an excellent job prepping the house. They were very thorough in protecting furniture and other items. The paint job itself was done extremely well with extra care given to prep sanding and a uniform finish. Trade damage was kept to an absolute minimum.I would definitely use Pappas again and recommend them to anyone needing interior painters.

The job was large, and complicated by the fact that I was having hardwood floor work at the same time. The crews were professional and friendly, and helpful with complications. The results are great! Looks like a new house.

We recently moved and our new home was in need of much painting inside and out. We hired Pappas Painting upon a recommendation from our realtor who said they wouldn’t think of using anyone else -- I now know why. They have nearly painted the entire interior as well as the exterior. We have been extremely happy with their work and will continue to use them in the future. They have high standards and pay attention to details -- no drips and great finish work. Frank, Vince & Emerson are all very professional. We won't go anywhere else.

The place now looks fabulous. Everyone we encountered from Pappas Painting takes great pride in being the best at what they do and it shows. The crew was punctual and kept a very clean work site. The trim, walls and ceiling are done perfectly. We received first rate service and results for a very competitive price.

The bid experience went well. I had 3 bids from contractors and Pappas was slightly higher, but still fair. Frank explained how he really likes clean lines. I could tell via our 30 minute conversation that he really cared about his business and employees. I really don't have a solid reason for not using Pappas, except that I chose the "middle bid" for our paint job.

It did not go well, too many disasters. House left at night with doors removed. Things broken, a lot of over spray as they decided to spray the woodwork without asking me. Countless drips. Just wanted them to get out of here. Too many people here a one time

We were thrilled with the job they did. We will definitely use them again. Frank Pappas had a thorough understanding of the job and communicated that to the project foreman, Vincent. Some other firms we spoke with were hesitant about spraying our shutters. Not Pappas. They know how to do a great paint job. All the guys were respectful in our home. They were very detailed oriented. Everything looks top notch. Definitely would recommend Pappas Painting. Will have them do any future painting inside and outside our home.

Owner Frank gave us the estimate and came over several times to check the progress. The three man crew headed by Emerson was excellent - all were professional, responsive, and pleasant. They moved all our furniture, covered everything, and put down paper so that no paint ended up on the wooden floors.
