I could not think of anything that would be more beneficial to the company than what you already stated. They were GREAT!!!!!

We were referred to Ozark via a prestigious landscaping design firm that was too busy this season to take on a fence project. I will break apart the goods and the bad because I want to give an honest review. GOODS - The fence looks nice - They were able to start constructing it quickly - The crew was nice BADS - One night a crew member locked our gate to our driveway, to which we did not have a key. I was trying to leave to pick my baby up from daycare and literally could not drive out of my property. I had to call both Ken and Karen 10+ times before they answered. They worked as quickly as they could to get the gate open but I had to have the daycare center bring my child home. Not the biggest deal and mistakes happen, but it was a stressful inconvenience. - The crew left soda bottles and food trash on our property every single day they were here. - Ken offered to have his crew fix a city-owned fence across from our property. Boards had fallen over and he was going to have them pick them up. This did not happen. Again, not a big deal but I just wish he had not offered it and then decided not to do it. - The construction team asked if we wanted to install an extra gate, which required removing a tree stump. This was not originally quoted but was a good idea. I got on the phone with Ken and when I asked how much he said, well we will see how the rest of the job goes but I can probably just throw that in for you It did not get thrown in, I got charged $450 for it. After a big confrontation with Karen in front of my home, they took $150 off. - They put our front gate on backward... and took 4 weeks to come out and fix it. - Working with Karen, his wife, was really difficult. She took a long time to respond to both emails and phone calls, did not seem to know anything about our job, and kept repeating over and over that well I am not on the job site, so I do not know. In our final exchange, I pushed back on the extra costs of the stump and gate after weeks of slowly going back forth and she was rude, uncaring, and demonstrated what I can kindly call a complete lack of customer service, empathy, and professional behavior. I wish I could say that I would recommend Ozark, but I honestly cannot. I think their construction is pretty good, but the communication was really awful, and in the end, it was aggressive and rude.

The owner, Ken, is very personable. We signed a contract to do a metal fence and gates at the end of March. I was told the job would only take a couple of days. The job took well over a month. Less than 2 weeks after completion, one of the gates completely slipped off its hinges. They sent someone to repair it. He put it back on the hinges and now it does not hang straight. They do not answer phone calls or return emails. They only answer text messages after threats to report them to the BBB. The workmanship is awful. I think the installers do more wood fences than metal fences and they have no clue what they are doing. So, if you want sub par quality work, to act as your own contractor (because you have to stay on top of them all the time), have lots of time to get your project completed, and do not expect them to stand behind their work or provide any customer service, then this just may be the fence company for you. If not, STAY AWAY! Be sure to check their reviews on Yahoo and Google. You will find more complaints just like this!

Great service. Office kept me informed of progress when workers would do the job Workers were very efficient. Work was done immediately and clean up great.

As with any project there were minor issues along the way. Ken and Karen were very accommodating and fair about doing a good job as well as making things right. I would definitely recommend there work. The crew we had working for us were top notch.

Communication and commitment are critical in successful business relationships regardless of the size of the job. My experience with this company was taxing to get appointments scheduled, met and finished. I expected the quality of workmanship to be better.

Very professional good to work with and installation was beyond expectations

Hired to install a new wrought iron fence to comply with HOA rules. They have a serious lack of communication, follow up and accountability. The fence was installed well except for where the gate meets the fence. It came loose and was misaligned. The gate striker was off that it no longer closed after the fence 'shifted'. I called many times for them to come back to repair and align the fence/gate. I called in Oct, then several times in Nov... and then after the holidays. Always an excuse! Karen never calls you back. No followup. I always got the feeling that we were WAY too far away for any of their reps. We are in AURORA! Just didn't care after the sale. I spent $5000 on this fence. They are charming at first... but zero service after the sale. I ended up repairing the fence myself. Save yourself a headache and find another quality fence company.

Spot on as far as providing a good job in the time estimated with a good cleanup.

Most places were scheduled weeks away. Once I told them to go ahead with the project they were done in a week. Excellent!
