Do you enjoy being disrespected? Do you like poor quality & poor communication? Is your family and pet's safety important to you? Nationscapes will be sure to disrespect you & disregard any of your concerns even when it comes to the safety of your family and pets. I was very optimistic about this company and unfortunately had a number of bad experiences (too many to list). I received a sprinkler and sod installation in October of 2020. To this day I am still having issues with the services Nationscapes provided and had to hire another company to fix the chronic issues- which they kindly and professionally repaired. The owner, Nate, cannot take constructive criticism and lashes out at customers when they voice concerns. Please read his astonishing responses to any negative customer reviews (including the one I am bound to receive). Why does Nationscapes have so many great Google reviews? Let me tell you- once a technician completes the service, the customer receives an email urging them to write a review as a portion of the technician's salary is dependent on receiving a positive review. Clever, eh? The technicians are overall nice, although they lack leadership and communication from their managers (I often had to inform them what services they were performing). I will say the two positives that came from this experience is that I was refunded a portion of the job that I was able to use to repair Nationscapes poor quality installation, and I now use this experience to teach the students in my leadership class how not to treat their customers. We often read the way the owner, Nate, responds to customer concerns and evaluate how a true leader should respond to such a situation. Great real-life examples on what not to do when running a company and leading a team.
