Excellent work rebuilding a retaining wall and outdoor steps. Bob, William and the staff were courteous, very professional and did a high quality job. They worked with my engineer to double check building requirements. My engineer, on his final inspection, was also impressed.

In this day and age it is not often that service exceeds my expectations, but LEM Landscaping did just that. Bob was patient and so good at planning the design of our yard, from the concrete patios to the plants, rock and grass. The end result was better than we imagined it would be. William and his crew are awesome. They were respectful to us and our property and the quality of their work is awesome. I highly recommend LEM Landscaping and William and his crew for any concrete or landscaping job.

I had already had 3 other estimates and then Bob came over to give me an estimate. The other 3 estimates were all around the same amount within a couple of hundred dollars of each other. Just to take out my existing crumbling patio and pour a new one and make it about 30% larger. Then Bob came out and to double the size of the patio, plus run some steps and then a sidewalk from my backyard to the drive way in the front yard his bid came under what the others were asking. We also upgrade the color of the concrete to a little bit darker gray. William who was foreman on the job suggested we diamond cut lines in the concrete on the patio into 4' squares, we had other ideas but he was right, it looks awesome and it couldn't look better. As we finish our new landscaping in our backyard the job Bob & William did on the concrete patio and walk way makes the yard look stunning. Go take a look on their Facebook page. Happy customer! LEM Landscaping was the BEST business we have ever worked with. Bob is such a professional, and his wife was the sweetest! They came and gave us a great free estimate, and everything they said they would do they did. William and his crew were so kind, courteous, and most of all did a wonderful job. GREAT work, very professional, immaculate clean up, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job they did. We are beyond happy with the job. We would hire them in a second for any further projects we have. We have had various contractors at our house for projects and LEM Landscaping was the best we have ever used. We would highly recommend them for any landscaping project.

We ended up having to do more clean up. First they left concrete debris in garden bed, and then discovered more large chunks of concrete left in the ground where fence was put in. They installed a gate that needs to be corrected and realigned on our dime. Overall, not very well finished at all. "Bob is very much a professional at what he does, and he does what he says he'll do". This is mostly true, but he does not perform the work himself.

Bob is very good at explaining the scope of work and how to get more bang for the buck however, sometimes we have to bite the bullet so to speak and pay a premium for a smaller job. Granted I could have saved the premium on the concrete delivery by doing more (like including the driveway as part of the work) but the premium was cheaper than paying for an entire driveway in addition to the work I needed. I went with this company specifically because they do landscape work as well as the concrete work. With the slowly sinking Colorado soil the grade around my house has drastically changed and LEM was willing to make the concrete work all correct as well as the grade that had nothing to so with the flatwork all correct again. Now I have piece of mind that all of my drainage issues have been repaired. I no longer worry about any potential for basement flooding, ice in my gutters & downspouts and have safer steps & walkways. The only "negative" words I would have is that my sprinkler system lines were damaged from staking the forms and they have yet to be repaired but with all of the rain we have been getting recently this is not a major concern. I'm certain they will be out to rectify this before sprinklers are necessary to use.

I could not have been happier with this company. The job was completed on time and quality of the work and materials is excellent. I would definitely hire this company again.
