Very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of the team. And they were able to minimize disruption of my existing deck that surrounded the window.

The work went very well. All these doors were purchased by me at a big box store and so coordination was needed between the contractor who stained the new doors and the installation of the doors by Kruse Construction. I did get a lower price bid from another contractor but I felt more confident in taking Justin Kruse's bid due to his obvious detailed knowledge of the complexities of pocket doors. One contractor who looked at the job said dealing with pocket doors was too fraught with problems for him to take on. Justin explained that the swing open door and frame needed to be installed before the fastenings holding the door to the frame were severed to insure a nice square installation. He first installed this door and then a staining contractor completed the frame and swing open door as well as the two pocket doors. After the staining was complete Justin and his brother finished installing the two new pocket doors which was difficult. All trim has to be removed from around both sides of the pocket doors and part of the interior frame of the doors also has to be taken off to remove the rollers for installation on the new doors. Justin and his brother were very painstaking in the quality of work and when a problem arose, due to off-square previous construction, they discussed it with me prior to moving ahead with the option I chose. I had also installed three new six panel bi-fold doors myself. Two of them went into the existing openings just fine, but the third would not quite fit. Justin took on this additonal work without complaint and trimmed the door down perfectly. They did the work in a neat manner and used a vacuum to clean the work area upon completion.

We had a huge egress window installed in our newly purchased home. Justin, the owner, was punctual for his estimate appointment and I received the contract paperwork that same evening. The contract was very detailed, short and to the point, very easy to read and understand. They took care of everything for the project, including getting the permit from the city. Their communication from estimate to job completion was outstanding! It was a 3-day project, and his team was punctual everyday and followed the schedule without any deviations. We like our new egress window so much that we decided to hire them to do the other window as well. I highly recommend their services!

Justin's team did the work exactly as promised, when promised, at the price promised. I have had egress windows installed by others in the past and was very dissappointed in the quality every time. I paid a few extra bucks for Justin but figured it was worth it based on the recommendations that he had as well as his reputation with others in the window business who referred him. I was not dissappointed as his team of guys did a phenomenal job and Justin was sure to walk me through the work that was being done every step of the way. The finished product not only looks great, but I have no concerns about leakage or other issues that I have had in the past with other installers. Well worth the money spent.

I picked Kruse Const. because of Justin and was not disappointed. They worked around my busy schedule of guests to complete the job in the in the basement spare bedroom. I would use them again and again.

I can't say enough good things about this company. We spent quite a bit of time calling all sorts of egress companies out to give quotes and Justin was the only person to bring an engineer out to assess our situation. To start, we bought a duplex and one side had three existing egress windows while the other had none. The side with the existing windows was a terrible (and I mean very bad) do-it-yourself job that some previous owners had done. In addition, our basement isn't framed very well and the walls more or less came off when they cut to start the windows. Justin and his team worked extremely hard to do this job properly, which is commendable considering they had all of their tools and equipment stolen right before they were slated to start. In all, Kruse installed two new egress windows, fixed three existing egress windows, new wells and ladders, new wells for all other existing basement windows, and regrading. They even put dirt in the backyard to fill in holes where the dogs had been digging AND cut a hole in the wall for a dryer vent... something that isn't their job, but they were kind enough to do while they had the tools there. Also, they repaired the walls and framing that fell and everything looked like they hadn't even been there. I don't ever want to hear the words "egress windows" again, but if for some reason I need them I will definitely be calling Kruse Construction back. They were professional, honest and upfront, priced fair, and they gave us company recommendations for other projects that needed to be done. I ask a lot of questions and Justin took the time to educate me on all sorts of home improvement issues. A++.

Job was performed in a timely fashion. Ran into a hiccup along the way but the crew worked late until it was fixed. We were happy with the company and the job performed.

They were very good and installed the windows all across the front of my house within one day. His price was competitive with other companies and I will use them again in the future.

I thought they were fantastic, they communicated all the time. While installing the window, they actually worked around my schedule, when I wanted to change a day or something. They have done exactly what they said they were going to do, they are fantastic. I absolutely will use them again if needed, these guys are something again.

I had my 1000 square foot basement completely finished. Justin Kruse, his wife Lisa, and his crew were very professional, cooperative, and punctual. On top of that, the work was done with precision and exactly to our specifications. They walked us through every stage of the job, connecting us with the right respources to pick the finishes that we wanted, etc. The price was comparable to a lot of bids that we got, and we got many before making our decision. When unexpected things came up that required additional cost, Justin ate the cost. We were never hit with "it's going to cost x more to do this". The only additional costs fromt the original proposal were when we decided to upgrade something like cabinets or countertops. There were no surprises along the way at all and the finished product looks phenomenal. I would definitely hire Kruse Construction again for any other remodeling jobs in our home.

Everything went well and as Justin had described it would go. We are happy with the finished product/job. We would recommend Justin and Kruse Construction. The only non-A rating for price simply reflects that Kruse Construction was not the cheapest bid we received, but the satisfaction with everything else makes up for the slightly higher cost.
