When unexpected issues arose, JDR honored the bid and did a great job!

JDR did a great job from beginning to end. Pricing was fair and scope of work was clean. Communication was strong and quality was great. The guys put up protection prior to starting the work and cleaned up the basement to the point that you wouldn't know they had been there. Exterior work was great as well, they repaired a few broken sprinkler lines and backfilled and re-graded the site as best possible, really minimizing the impact to the landscaping.

JDR was not the cheapest quote, but had the best customer service and great reviews so I hired them. Drew was awesome and his team of workers were really great. They worked fast and finished on time. The window looks amazing! I'm very happy with this project.

Unfortunately this wasn?t a good experience. I left them alone in my home while I was at work and actually caught one of their guys snooping around my house on my home video security system. I sent the video to the salesman and he apologized profusely and said this has never happened and has never dealt with this problem before. Then he started defending his worker. Just like anyone going into your home I would watch them and make sure they stay where they are supposed to stay. I wouldn?t hire this company again and would?ve fired them if there wasn?t a hole in the side of my house. Hopefully they dealt with this employee in the proper way.
