Infinity Restoration

These are easily the fastest and sloppiest roofing hacks in town! I hired them to put a very expensive roof on my house. Since installation the roof has leaked in 2 different places. The pictures show where I had to put roofing sealer on the inside of the shingles to stop the leak which is ruining my drywall. The decking was damaged by installers and they don't care, so they shingled right over it. The roof still leaks and upon further inspection by REPUTABLE roofing companies, this roof was not installed per city of Lakewood code, many things out of place. I recently had the project manager out to look at it. They said there is nothing that they can or will do to fix it. They told me to deal with this myself. Look at my pictures and you will know why to steer clear of this company. If you like having drip trays in your attic, hire these hacks. You can see where they nailed through the shingles where there was no decking underneath. Sloppy, not to code, and it leaks. Look at the reviews on other sites. The subcontracted out all the work (so much for them being a certified installer?). We used Infinity for a roof replacement and they were ok. While there wasn?t much to complain about they also didn?t add any real value either as they subcontracted out 100% of the work as the company just seems to be people to manage your insurance claim (I managed my own) and place orders for supplies and bid out the work. My biggest concerns was the trim of the Decra stone coated shingles seemed inferior or MetroRoofs stone coated shingle product. Infinity DID accomodate some schedule changes we presented and was mostly responsive when issues arose but generally I had to find the issues and raise them or some of these issues would have gone unaddressed. I believe their sub was R R Roofing in Denver. I'd just go straight to them next time.

Infinity had done work in the past for a relative and they were happy. I called and had a salesman at my house within 48 hours. They provided a written estimate, which other roofers refused. They started with the "We'll take whatever your insurance company approves" - but I insisted on the written estimate and they did not argue. The insurance amount was about $250.00 lower than the estimate, and they accepted the insurance amount. Materials were delivered within 2 weeks and 2 days later a crew of 7 arrived and tore off the old roof, re-papered and shingled the roof the same day, The cleanup was great, they even cleaned out my gutters! Passed City & County Inspection with no problem.

The roof looks nice but the paperwork has been and continue to be a problem. We can't get a dollar amount from them. It seem that it depends on how much the insurance company will pay. We have been round and round between the mortgage co. and Inifinity and I have been told repeatedly that they will fill out paperwork correctly but nothing happens and today I was told that person A was on vacation and person B was swamped And person C has been out of town, as excuses why these forms have not been handled. I think and I hope the roof will be ok .The customer service is another story.
