Gene Cobb came to my home and did some minor repairs. He adjusted rollers on some sliding doors and screens and fixed my front door handle. He was competent, profession and had good knowledge on how to take care of my fixes. I will ask for Gene the next time I have repairs to do.

The crew was ready to go to work upon their first appointment and visit.

Eugene arrived when he said he would and figured out the least expensive way to repair a cracked door jamb. I thought we might need to remove the cracked wood and replace it, which would have necessitated repainting the jamb and wall. He was able to repair it with screws. The hinges were really old and an outdated color that didn't match the newer doorknob, so Eugene offered to replace them. His next job wasn't starting for a while, so he patiently waited while I ran to a nearby Home Depot to buy new hinges. That store was sold out but Eugene was totally fine with waiting while I went to one farther away. THAT is customer service! I would use this company again for future projects.

What appeared to be a simple repair ended up requiring him to take the whole door out. Still fixed it quickly.

They were fast and professional. They contacted us after the job was done to make sure we were satisfied. Awesome company!

Fantastic service! We needed an over the range Microwave replaced and a new one installed. Sent George out to us the next day, he showed up on time and did an amazing job. Price was extremely fair and even helped troubleshoot a toilet issue we were having at no extra charge. Will absolutely be using Handyman Connection again!

The team was very accommodating given that I had a somewhat urgent situation. The plumber was on time (even early) and definitely knew what he was doing. Done quickly and exactly within the estimated cost.

Agree with the other comments in this thread - very nice and personable folks. I suppose I should have expected what I got by the name Handyman connection. We were looking for a licensed plumber to track down and fix a slow leak, but they were the first to contact us. They fit the description "Jack of all trades, master of none" After assessing the situation they had to make a special trip to the hardware store to get the necessary items that any plumber would have on their truck for any service call. They even said they could fix another of our issues after "Googling" possible solutions, but didn't want to make the trip down the hill to get parts. Overall they did an adequate job and we are happy with the fix, just a little surprised at the level of specialized expertise.
