Our pellet stove wouldn't work, and Doug did some troubleshooting on it until he fixed it. Not only has it worked perfectly since then, he gave us some advice on how to keep it going in the future. Although it was somewhat costly, it has been worth the price in reduced electric bills. Thanks, Doug!

Doug was very prompt about calling on my gas fireplace repair. He keeps the area around the work covered so no soot is left on your carpet. He completed the repair without charging an excessive service charge for the work performed. Doug will be back out on Monday afternoon as the Gas fireplace will not start even though the pilot is lit. Doug came back on Tuesday as we requested and corrected the fireplce problem. The unit is performing great now and keeping us warm. I send a very Merry Christmas and a joyous New Year to Doug and his family.
