Bon-Steel Roofing

With winter coming I wanted to know if there was anything that needed sealing. I also wanted to know the condition of the shingles. Bon Steel could have taken advantage and said the roof is in poor condition and needs to be replaced. Instead he was very honest and said the roof is a 30 yr shingle, there is a good amount of life remaining. He saw a couple of items he would suggest sealing. I told him to do it. I would recommend Bon Steel to anyone.

Appreciate the quick response after my request was submitted. Scott quickly came out and gave me a reasonable quote. He then came out to do the work on the scheduled day and time. Due to some other work that was finished from another contractor before he could start his work, he agreed to come back and do the work after the other contractor completed their work. He then came back on a Saturday to do roof work. Definitely his willingness to work with me as I coordinated the work between him and the other contractor.
