Very professional and get job done right

Scott was very efficient and the job was done quickly. Would definitely recommend for any roofing that needed done.

Scott is kind, polite, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything. I originally didn't hire him immediately, and had to put my repairs off for months due to my own hiccups. When my husband called Scott months later to see if he might still come do the repair, Scott not only was abls to honor his original estimate (no new damage or problems thankfully!), he didn't have to do that and we were not expecting it, and within days everything was taken care of. Speaking with Scott was a genuine pleasure, and we are very very happy to have found him. He is a consummate, trustworthy professional, and he will be the person we call first from now on!

The agent for Bon Steel named Scott came to my house the same day. He was thorough in his inspection and knew ( from experience) where my roof was leaking. He promptly went up and sealed the leak. No mess no damage to gutters.

Very prompt, excellent service!

Scott was very prompt in answering my request for a bid. He came the same day and completed the work the next morning. I needed some minor roof, gutter and soffit repairs. His very reasonable bid and course of work kept me from spending too much with another company. I appreciated his honesty and his quick response.

He did a wonderful job!

Scott was at my house within an hour of my phone call. Within two hours the work was completed. I had a leaking furnace vent and he checked all the other vents and re-sealed them. Any more when you call a repairman they tell you you need a new roof, but with them they were upfront with the cost and I have a 40 year roof that will need to be replaced in five years. We've had no rain since my flat roof was sealed, so I can’t yet give 5 stars on quality. But customer service and timeliness were great. They came and fished up on a Sunday because it was the first dry day in weeks. Price was reasonable, and they finished the job as soon as weather permitted.
