I own a 3 story home with a concrete tile roof with a steep pitch, that needed an inspection and probably repairs to broken tiles. Scott replied in a timely manner upon my request for an inspection and estimate. He began by doing a through inspection and found several trouble spots that would need repairs. He took detailed pictures and explained what needed attention. Part of the challenge was to find tiles that reasonably matched. He spent his weekend searching for suitable substitutes. He sealed around vent pipes as well. He also took pictures of the work done, with only 1 day actually on the roof. From start to finish job was done in 3 days. Scott has a pleasant personality and was easy to work with. I was happy with the quality of work and price of the job. Eric D.

Very good. Scott, the owner, in particular was great from the very start on the initial phone call I placed. Very professional and caring. The price I was giving for plastic panels patio cover install especially was excellent and $250 less expensive than another company I had contacted for a bid. I also had a rubber cap to protect the wood walls put around edge of my garage because the entire roof had fallen through a few years ago. I had some questions after both jobs were completed for which I contacted Scott, and he was very amenable to answering my questions and making sure I was happy with both jobs overall. The categories up 2 screens from this don't really match what I had actually done., which is why I describe them here in more detail. Keep that in mind, please.

They were easy to work with and spoke of future projects that will probably need some attention.

They also cleaned my gutters.

We had a leak around a fireplace exhaust stack. Scott figured out how to fix the problem and fixed it promptly. Scott is very knowledgeable about roofing issues. He responds to inquiries promptly.
