The job was just finished so I cannot yet attest to the fact the leak was fixed. But was very impressed with the experience and confidence that Scott had in completing the job as far as the value goes I don't really know because we were in the middle of receiving estimates that were not complete yet.

Despite winter weather conditions that made access and timing difficult, they found the best work windows and worked safely. Scott communicates often and clearly. Did a thorough inspection with pictures of all current and potential issues. Completed all of the work next day. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We thought we were facing complete roof replacement. Assured us that wasn’t necessary. Just needed a patch and repair.

Bob-Steel Roofing, Inc. came right away, and this was very much appreciated because bad weather could be coming in a couple days, so it was a HUGE relief to have the repair completed immediately. This company also did other much needed repair work on the roof, e.g., caulking around pipes, repair of the cap on the chimney, metal around the sky-light, cleaned debris off the roof, cleaned the guttersâ ¦ and cleaned up on the ground what had come off the roof. All very satisfactory. Thank you!
