Scott responded quickly to a tile issue that I noticed. He made it a point to come out immediately, which was important as some bad weather was coming in. He was very timely, courteous, and did an outstanding job at a very fair price.

When you' need an inspection and repairs after wind damage or faulty installation, you're at the mercy of the contractor unless you're a roof expert. Scott showed up on time, did an inspection, reviewed photos of the damage, clearly explained the (minor) problems, then returned on time next day (because it was too hot to work that day) to effect the repairs for a fair price, and provided photos of all the repair work. I'd hire him again any time and recommend him to anyone for any roofing job. Outstanding contractor.

Scott came out the same day I contacted him. He inspected the damage, sent me photos and prepared a clear detailed quote that was very reasonable. He actually had all the materials to complete the repairs and asked if I would like the repair to be done there and then. I was happy to accept and the work was completed quickly. After several attempts by other roofers and handymen to fix a leak in our porch roof, we contacted Scott from Bon-Steel Roofing. He stopped by Sunday morning, thoroughly examining the suspected area on the porch and also pointed out other areas of concern (flashing, cracked/broken tile). Despite the terrible heat and an attack by several wasps, Scott and Tony, went about their work and finished the project in 3 hours! It's rare to find someone who does exactly what he said he would do, and does it in such courteous, professional, and efficient manner. I wholeheartedly recommend Scott and Tony for their expertise, courtesy, and exceptionalism!

Scott was professional by responding quickly for inspecting my roof for damages because of previous leaks...he gave me a fair bid on Saturday and was at my house on Sunday morning to do the repairs. He will be my "go to" roof and gutter resource for any future needs. And I will be recommending his services to my friends and family with total confidence.
