"Where to start? Initially she came to my home to provide us with a quote based on our homes sq footage and level of cleaning required. She provided us with a figure with the statements - “you don’t need to worry about how long my people take whether it’s 4 hours and or 6 hours the quote won’t change”. Leyla promised us our satisfaction would be guaranteed and she would take of all the items we discussed for the deep cleaning as Leyla and ourselves both agreed upon. Fast forward to the day of the deep clean, we were provided with 4 people to come clean our home with a start time of 9 am and an end time of 1 Pm. Leyla and her team arrived 30 minutes late without checking in with us keeping us out of the loop. As they arrived she provided duties and tasks to her employees and left. 2 of the workers did a good job and the other 2 were pretty useless and cut many corners with the cleaning. I must say the employee name blue whose real name is Mariah by far did an outstanding job and was open to feedback. Everyone else seemed pretty annoyed to be cleaning. Hours go by and at 2:45 they were done working and have yet to complete the tasks we agreed on, which Leyla assured us personally that she would get all outstanding items caught up by the next cleaning. Our impression of the deep clean was a 7/10. The home was cleaned but the punctuality and customer service was non existent. Leola provided us with an invoice that was much higher than the agreed upon quote and took blame that she underestimated the cleaning that needed to happen. Granted we excluded 2 bedrooms from the quoted price. Due to her employees poor performance and the higher service cost I confronted her on the statements she made regarding don’t worry about how long it takes we will get the job done at the quoted price and within the time frame she informed me well now I’m just working for free. I was perplexed at what was said since it contradicted everything she mentioned upon her initial visit to provide us with an estimate. We agreed that we will continue utilizing her services to give it another chance, which I regret at this point. Leyla and us agreed for her to come within two weeks at also a set price that she quotes for bi weekly cleanings which is $160, which is the standard rate regardless of how long it takes them to work and also keeping in mind-she still needed to get caught up with things she initially didn’t complete. The coordination of having her confirm the date she will be coming to clean was a hassle. Fast forward to the second visit Leyla shows up and mentions she is dropping off her employees and will be back in an hour to take care of the outstanding items personally. The 2 employees leyla provided us were the 2 employees that did not perform well the first time. The employees throughout the cleaning process asked for cleaning products and tools to clean which form my understanding is provided by blue buckets. The level of cleaning was a 5/10 and to top it off they damaged my tile floors due to using faulty and damaged equipment. When I confronted Leyla about the damage her response was I’m just looking for problems and I would like her to replace my floors. When in reality I was referring to 8 tiles that were damaged from the equipment they used incorrectly without the appropriate cleaning application however Leyla insisted to blame my cats which I’ve had for a year and never had any issues with a scratched floor and the scratches are no where near a cats fine scratch but very thick metallic scratches that were unable to be removed without a proper buffing. Leyla kept telling me I am being difficult to ask for a reasonable solution which is to have someone come buff the Scratches out. She also kept mentioning she is working for free at this point. She also failed to carry out all the cleaning promises made that she would personally take care of and never came back within a hour as promised and never notified us either and when confronted she stated there was traffic- I’m unsure how traffic would impede someone’s ability to appropriately notify us they will be late. Leyla agreed to send “Victor” a builder who will take care of the scratches and buff them out since this happens from time to time with her clients apparently and until this day which has been almost 2 weeks at this point, without any follow up. Overall, Leyla was unprofessional, insulting and rude. Apparently also her company doesn’t carry insurance to cover damages and when she states she will take care of something it won’t be taken care of. She left many unfulfilled promises and damaged my floors and had poor follow up. Beware of this cleaning company and honestly look elsewhere. She will press you for an initial review before she leaves and yet will leave you unsatisfied afterwards. The second visit was also completed past the deadline that was set. “I’m working for free” is her undisclosed company slogan."

"This company was recommended by my neighbor. They cleaned about 2 hours after arriving almost an hour late. My cleaning was $167 on 2-5-22 and it was supposed to be a deep clean as requested. The next morning in the daylight, I saw and took pictures of many areas missed or skipped. Floors were not clean and had not been thoroughly cleaned well, missed some area of dusting, skipped top of fridge and microwave, and did not clean the bath tub and shower in 2nd guests bathroom. I was disappointed and would not recommend Triron services llc. Lori, the owner, was not helpful in making things right customer service skills. She was not willing to correct the problems and just gave excuses. She even threatened lawsuit actions for negative reviews. Really? BEWARE, they do not do a professional cleaning job. They have extra charges after their already higher priced packages. Cleaning inside of microwave is another $10... I cleaned for 6 hours to make sure everything was out of the way. I also cleaned my ceiling fans, oven, and had the house ready for a through deep cleaning of floors and a good dusting, which is not what I received. I got a 2-hour light cleaning only. I have pictures. See Yelp.com. I took the next morning 2-6-22.. Additionally, without my permission, they took pictures of the master bedroom and bathroom to add to their website. I plan to get removed."
