I did not want them to be on my property for anything I did not want her service I came home their truck with the bucket branches all over my yard they never got permission to be on my personal property I could not drive in my driveway to dump my groceries off I am a Senior they never apologized they never asked me they were rude to me they yelled at me please be careful of these people they are going to anybody’s yard without your permission and do damage they did damage on my yard when I tried to call them left my name and number they would not call me back at all

Don’t hire this company. Unfortunately, after saving for years to be able to do extensive work on trees in our yard, the owner backed a truck into our front yard to access a tree, leaving permanent damage and depressions on our front yard. After multiple calls and outreach, it became clear that the owner Tim had zero interest in resolving this issue. He won’t return calls despite clearly expressing our frustration. After extensive attempts and weeks of waiting, we finally had a manager Jeff come back to our place. While he wanted to be helpful, it’s clear the depression are permanent and Tim is not interested in owning his mistake. In the midst of a pandemic and an economy where this kind of investment cost our family hard-earned money we saved for years, we’ve simply never experienced this kind of terrible customer service. A lack of integrity and zero willingness to make it right. Search elsewhere for your tree service!

They never called me back.

Crew came out end of January. Called the next day to have a couple of things fixed on the tree in front yard. Jeff came out and saw what we wanted fixed and said that he would put us on the list with the trimming crew. Got a call the following Monday from the office that we will be put on the list for scheduling. It has been almost 3 months and still waiting. Called office several times and asked to be called back that we will be scheduled. Never got a call back. We keep getting told that it takes about 2 weeks to put on the schedule. Well, it has been almost 3 months. Terrible customer service. Once they have your money, they don't want to have anything to do with you again. If you use this service, make sure it is right while they are still there or you will never see them again.

A repeat visit from this professional crew to trim and shape a 25 year old apple tree with fireblight damage, and two cherry trees. Arbor Pro has provided annual deep fertilizing, and summer insect control for our property for a decade with prompt, cheerful, informative service. They arrived when expected and trimmed the trees, cleaned up all the branches and left the yard latched. Expensive, but worth it!

AWESOME! These guys were great. Called Monday for an estimate, Chad called less than an hour later and scheduled an appointment the next day, showed up on time and gave me an estimate lower than I was expecting (was originally was only going to do the crab-apple) so I was able to get the other work done as well. Crew showed up Wed. and all work was completed and it looked great. Didn't meet the crew doing the work as I was not home at the time, but their work speaks for itself, Chad and Cassie were a pleasure to talk and work with. I have no reservations recommending Arbor Pro Denver for your tree work and care. I will defiantly use again!

Have had these trees trimmed twice before in the last twelve years and this is the best job I've had. Neighbor even asked for their name. The trees are monsters and the trimmers did exactly what Chad, the estimator said they would do. Dead wood taken out. Trees thinned out and everything lightened up. Shaped beautifully. The trees look great. Will definitely hire them again.

They could only deliver during the week. About the middle of the day, and individual showed up and delivered the wood by dumping it onto the front lawn (literally). The wood was of okay quality (some was from an obviously rotten tree), but the major issue is that much of the wood has a very high moisture content. If wood is delivered as firewood, it should already be dried (cured), or a heads up that it has not been dried yet. I can't even get the stuff to stay lit in the fireplace. Further, the wood was delivered in very large chunks, which require it to be cut down further. Unfortunately, I have a half cord of unusable firewood for the winter.

Complaint: The service agreement has not been completed. Poor costumer service and workmanship. Billing before the work has been completed. On July 3rd Arbor Pro Tree was scheduled to cut down a willow tree, trim an ash tree, grind the stump of the willow and remove the tree. After the tree was cut down, most of the stump was ground and the ash was mostly trimmed, I was informed by one of the workers that the could not finish the job because they had to go trim another customers tree. I was told they would be back on Friday (July 5th) to finish the job. I explained to the worker I had to work Friday so could they make it Monday instead. I was told he would talk to the supervisor. I then asked if I needed to call the supervisor to schedule it . I was told by another worker, " no , he would take care of it." The workers left behind the trunk of the tree (which was infested with carpenter ants)scattered across my lawn (to which I have pictures), dead branches in the ash tree and stump was not completely ground down. On Friday afternoon I called the company, explained the work had not been completed and I wanted to confirm someone would be back Monday to finish the work. The owner of the company, in a loud and aggressive voice, told me, " You don't run this company. You don't schedule my workers." I tried to explain the situation but was continually interrupted. He then told me, " You had an appointment but you cancelled it." I told him I was unaware of any scheduled appointment. After a minute of heated discussion I was told, they would finish the job when they finish it and then he hung up on me. I then called back and was put on hold until I had to hang up. On July 6th I received in the mail a bill for the completed work. On Monday I called **** the office manager. She told me she would be out to my house to inspect the work. Later that day, workers returned to my house. They moved the infested tree trunk from my back yard to my front yard, then told me they couldn't take it today because the truck was full. I asked when they were going to take it and was told he didn't know. I also pointed out branches in the ash tree that were dead but not removed. The worker took the tree pruner and was throwing it up at the dead branch to knock the brach out of the tree. On Tuesday I called the company to talk to **** because she hadn't come to inspect the job as I was told she would Monday evening. I was told she was out sick and would be back to work Wednesday. Wednesday July 10th I was left a voice mail by **** that she had a death in her family which was why she didn't come by and stated it was her understanding **** came out and finish the work. I called back that afternoon from my work and told her the trunk was not removed, the stump had not been completely ground down to 6-12 inches and I still had dead branches in my ash tree. **** told me the owner of the company had just got back from removing the tree trunk from my house. She would talk to him and call me back. I had also explained to her I had received a bill from her company on July 6th for the completed job (which was dated July 4th) and at the bottom of the bill it states there will be interest of 18% annually if not paid in 30 days and I didn't feel comfortable paying it until the work was completed. She did tell me I did not need to pay until the job was completed. Today is July 17th, a week later, I still have not heard back from ****. I have called and they have not returned my calls. The work has not been completed. I had to call out an exterminator to spray for the carpenter ants because I was concerned they would move on to one of my other trees or house due to this company cutting down the part of the tree that was infested and then leaving that part of the tree behind. Not only in my back yard but then coming back and moving that part of the tree to my front yard 5 days later.

Men were early and quick and cleaned up limbs and branches nicely.

They do a really good job.

They do a good job and they are courteous. It is the same people who come back every year. Their core people have been there a while. They become familiar with our property and where our gates are. He makes sure our gates our locked when he leaves since we have dogs. He introduced himself to my neighbor since we have on tree that goes onto their property. They are really good home town people.

They have not been very receptive. They have kind of disappointed me since April. I had signed up pre-season for a plum tree so that I wouldn’t have plums, but I did get lots of plums. So, I called them and I never got a call back or an explanation. They never said sorry or give 10% off or come out and look. There was nothing, which I thought was pretty poor considering the fact that was the whole reason I got that particular injection in my tree. They never got back to me.

I like that they seem to know what they are talking about. My trees look great.

It went fine. They were quite thorough in what they did. They were a little expensive.

They are really good. I originally thought that their price was a little high. They gave me an estimate on trimming some other trees and that price was low so in the end it came out to be about the same as the competition. They really know their stuff. The job that they did was just excellent.

The crew was fantastic! It took the guys a little over 3 hours to take the tree down. They were extremely professional and cautious. I could not have had a better experience! The grinding crew arrived 3 days later to grind the stump below grade.

The pruning was horrible it was more like a trim. They sprayed my tree right before the rain and I paid them for the entire season and I still had wormy apples.

The trees were removed efficiently and the stumps were removed efficiently as well. I am very happy with the price they gave to me and I am happy with their work too. It took them about three hours to remove everything and take the trees and stumps with them.

Arbor Pro Tree was very professional and delivered the firewood in the time frame they had told us. We had no problems with Arbor Pro Tree. The receptionist was also very friendly.

The company was quick to schedule, and showed up on time. It took them a little longer to complete the job than first expected, but they kept us informed of what was going on the whole time. Once done, they cleaned up all debris, including walking over to the neighbor, and asking permission to enter their yard to clean up on their side as well.

Arbor Pro tree came out and trimmed the branches so that there is 10 ft. clearance above the roofs. They cleaned up all the trimmings and made the tree look nice and neat.
