+ -1 moreWayne Svenson was very responsive and knows his shutters! We closed on our new home and found a pre-existing shutter inoperable. We needed it to be fixed quickly to ensure reimbursement from the seller. We called Wayne (who was not the initial vendor). He was here, twice, in less than 24 hours and fixed it. He also provided us 'tips' on how to use them properly to prevent future issues. We highly recommend getting these shutters from Wayne at AARS. These shutters provide great insulation reducing our heating and cooling footprint. Also, great security and safety protection.
Description of Work: Properly fixed rolling shutters (aka storm shutters, hurricane shutters, security shutters, in Colorado we call them sun or wind shutters).
