I couldn't be more thrilled with the job that was performed. I'm critical of work done on my house and I search for people who will go the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly, with integrity, and to the best it can be. Dallas was at my house multiple times to walk through the process, met me at Starbucks to discuss pricing, and helped me with an insurance claim (this was from a hail storm). He took my worries away with his knowledge and communication. I have already referred a friend of mine to have Dallas (owner) do his roof and I will happily use him again in the future when needed. My experience with 1st Colorado Roofing was excellent. They guy who supervised my job from beginning to end was Sam Dearwester. He's great!!! He actually returns calls/texts/emails. He guided me through the process with the insurance company, which was really something because I had been disputing with the insurance company for almost a year! Sam and the owner, Dallas, were great in dealing with the adjuster. Sam arrived at the appointment prepared with facts that were accurate and true, not exaggerations. I had dismissed 2 previous roofing companies because it was obvious that they did not deal honestly, and exaggerated the damage and/or the cost of repair. The previous roofing companies also treated the adjusters rudely right from the first hand shake. Needless to say, when I entered the process with Sam I was skeptical, but his professionalism put me at ease quickly. The installation crew was greeted on site by Sam, who oversaw the installation process, visiting several times through the day. Installation took a day and a half. That was 1/2 day longer than estimated. But that was due to the roof being more complicated than usual. It was no problem. They worked hard and did a great job on the installation. Let me just cut to the chase, contact 1st Colorado Roofing, ask for Sam. I believe he's the roofer you will want.

Bob met with me to do an initial inspection. There was very clear hail damage. He told me each step I needed to do along the way. I told Bob I was interested in putting in an exhaust fan. He gave me some suggested contractors to do it, and put in extra vents to be able to handle the fan. It went extremely well - no surprises (other than a one day delay due to the 40 mile/hour winds that day).
