 + 0 moreVery smooth job in spite of difficulties encountered due to the modular home company setting one of the six modules improperly. Weather and siting difficulties forced a 3mo delay in the overall project timeline and his schedule but he juggled overlapping jobs with extreme professionalism. He and his crews were very efficient, worked quickly, and the results are spectacular.
Description of Work: General contractor for 4000sqft modular home Constructed foundation, basement, decks, site preparation, and finish work for modular home. Provided timely updates, photos, and detailed monthly expense sheets to us in Houston, 1200mi away. Responsible for hiring subs and interfacing with companies we hired directly.
